What a great new spot in keller! We went around 10am Saturday and it was packed but they were able to handle the crowd quickly. There is plenty of seating in spot of the crowd and there is also some outside (however there is a major fly problem they need to deal with ) Staff was all very helpful and on top of keeping everything clean and restocked. I got the farmer and it was really good I was afraid it would be to sweet with the apple butter but it wasn't. The maple coffee was delish too! I love you can drink offer from a real mug! It always tastes better that way to me. Thank you Yelp and Maple street for a wonderful experience we will be back!!

Yay! Love this event! My type of food! I love comfort breakfast/brunch food!! Especially fried chicken and biscuit and gravy! Came here on my lunch break Monday. They were pretty busy. it got pretty hectic with the ordering. The person taking my order forgot a few things. I think they forgot my drink. But everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I think because its a new restaurant trying to get everything going. New employees learning. The food tasted great! I got the five and dime chicken sandwich. The chicken was good. I was able to saw it through with a plastic fork. The sausage gravy is bomb!! Ordered some maple bacon on the side. The maple was a little on the mild side. Very light tasting. The maple latte was pretty good. I would come back here and try when everything gets settled! Thank you Kendall for a great Yelp event !

    The Farmer (to-go)

So you walk in and are greeted by a very happy staff member and menus to make a selection of what you'd like. I immediately picked The Farmer biscuit and placed my order. The staff was great; super fun, friendly, and polite. They incorporate a fun question that everyone answers, and your answer is how they call you to pick up your order! (The question was what was your favorite band...and 5 minutes later I heard Earth Wind and Fire when my biscuit was ready!) Now the sandwich. The biscuit wasn't what I typically love in a biscuit; a little too dry. The chicken was a little under seasoned and didn't wow me flavor wise. However, the bacon was delicious and honestly I just wanted more of that! The apple butter was a bit to sweet for me, but also I shoulda paid more attention when I was reading the foods description--and apple butter is sweet so that was on me. Now I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I'll dabble occasionally. They had a nice variety of coffees: dark, light, and a maple roast. I got the light (and added a ton of sugar and half and half) but it was the best coffee I've had at a restaurant that serves your "traditional cup of coffee". Ultimately, I would come back and try another biscuit and would encourage someone to try this place out!

I've eaten at this concept before in Florida, I knew they had a location in Frisco but that's too far out for me - Keller is a little far out but not too bad. I was excited to come back, I have good memories from the Florida loca. We came on a Sunday and of course it was busy, the line was nearly out of the door - thankfully it didn't take too long to move and we were able to get a seat. We wanted to do the Fried Green Tomatoes to go with our breakfast but sadly they were out - I think they were out of a few things including chocolate chips and iced coffee cups. We ended up going for the Loaded Grits - they were suppose to be cheesy but weren't overly so, I'd definitely pass on these. My husband went for the Five and Dime which he throughly enjoyed. I did the Sticky Maple - which was delicious, next time I'd try the Goat cheese one. Instead of the Grits just some plain biscuits with jam would have been great - the biscuits were lovely, the chicken was cooked well and the bacon was cooked to my likening. Wasn't really fussed with the iced coffee - especially when the area has soo many other coffee shops to try. I was looking on the Yelp app what people were reviewing nearby and it was all Maple St Biscuit Co. !!! Definitely a good biscuit place, they also had other items on their menu too. They only annoying thing was the constant order calling and the employee was soo loud about it.

    Five in Dime

Maple Street has some good things going for it. The fried chicken is lightly breaded and moist, the bacon crispy, and the sauce has a slight spicy heat. Portions are good, the biscuit is feeling. The food is just fine overall and I like the coffee varieties. Maple Street is an almost fully self service (all I need is a kiosk to order and you won't see an employee). You order, get your own silverware from a bucket, grab your coffee or drink until your name is called. After you eat you put your dishes in another bucket just like Panera or other fast food. Self service is fine but also where the restaurant needs improvement. The kitchen is doing their job at this location but perhaps because there's not a single employee on the floor, they are missing the dirty tables, napkin holders that don't work, dirty utensils in the bucket, empty coffee carafes etc. Although there were only two customers when we entered at 9am midweek several tables were dirty and remained untouched while we dined. This location needs someone to circulate on the floor to pick up trash and wipe tables clean. Overall it's an ok stop if you want casual quick food or a place to chat/ have coffee without feeling rushed.

    Farmer and chicken club
    Asma S.

Thank you Yelp for helping us discover this new spot! The farmer was delicious and generously doused in cinnamony apple butter. The chicken club had so many veggies, I felt like I had a little salad with my sandwich lol. It didn't have much ranch so I recommend ordering extra on the side. It was delicious and they had hot sauce on the table for those of us who like some spice. The maple vanilla latte was great, just wish they had different cups for iced drinks vs hot ones. Another review noted how busy and overwhelmed they are and I have to agree - I think this spot needs a few months to settle in and get everyone on board. The manager did come around to check on us but he himself seemed quite pre-occupied and there are a lot of students working here so I think they just need some time to get into the routine of things. This spot seems very family friendly and there were many different options on the menu whether you want sweet, salty or both when it comes to breakfast. We came around 9:30 AM and it was very loud and crowded so you might have to wait for a seat. They have a super fun concept where you answer a question and they use your answer to call out when your order is ready. I definitely think this place has potential to be a regular brunch spot.

    Goat Cheese and Spinach Biscuit

Maple Street is a much anticipated restaurant in Keller. Those who love breakfast food have been looking forward to the opening. The restaurant is in a strip mall at the NW intersection of Keller Parkway and Rufe Snow so it is conveniently located. As a new business, the experience was a bit chaotic. The staff is pleasant but seemed overwhelmed and unsure of the basics like placing orders, providing hot water when hot tea is ordered, what is in stock and available. The manager was on hand and eager to ensure that I was taken care of. I ordered the Iron Goat, a biscuit with goat cheese and spinach. It was ok. As an avid baker, the biscuit was dry and crumbly, as if it was over baked or left out for a while. I would recommend giving this business a month or two to get settled before visiting.

Thank you soooo much for introducing another gem to the Yelp world! Friendly and welcoming staff Delicious food Cleanliness with ample seating check I had just gotten off a tiring night shift so got my food to go and ate some before I went to sleep! But it took alot out of me to not want to devour it all!!! Got the recommended Five and Dime biscuit sandwhich (fried chicken breast, pecanwood smoked bacon, egg over medium for that melty yolk). Also got an iced cinnamon biscuit and maple vanilla latte!!!

The first thing i have to say is this place is kickin it. They have been busy the whole time i've been sittin here, which is a good thing for a business, so if you show up and there's a line, just wait patiently, you won't regret it. I had the Chicken Club Biscuit sandwich with a dark roast coffee and enjoyed every bit of it. It was kind of shocker when i actually got it cause i wasn't expecting it to be stack up and picture perfect. I also didn't think it would taste as good as it was, boy was I wrong. I think i also need to say thanks to the great employees here, they are all helpful and courteous. Management should be proud. Oh yeah! I got me some Maple pepper bacon to go, yum!

Thank you to Kendall and Maple Street for the weekday date idea for my hubby and I! We came in today around 11:30. The place was hopping! The had adequate menus placed throughout the line so you had plenty of time to make a decision on your order. We ordered the five and dime, sticky maple, potatoes O'Brien, sweet potatoes, and an iced vanilla maple latte. They have a fun question they ask you to identify your order at the pickup window. It was a fun touch. Because they were so busy, we didn't think anything of the long wait for our food. We talked, took some pictures, and eagerly looked on as others enjoyed their food. After thirty minutes, I did so up and inquire (to make sure our food didn't get lost in the shuffle) because other who came after us were eating. They found our ticket and assured us it would be right out. And it was. They packaged all our food in to-go containers, when we said dine -in and they left off a few things (honey mustard for the sweet potatoes and gave us the wrong biscuit- omitting the sticky maple). The customer service was friendly and they provided the honey mustard and got us the sticky maple almost immediately. They even let us keep the other biscuit! They were so busy that these were small goofs and not a big deal. Unfortunately, I wasn't super thrilled with the food. Our biscuits were dry and hard and on the five and dime I lost the chicken in all the other flavors. The sweet potatoes were huge and thick pieces and not your typical sweet potato fries. The complimentary biscuit they gave us had great flavor but was really dry, too. I really enjoyed the iced vanilla maple latte, though. It was a solid drink. The customer service was top notch, the ambiance was modern and inviting, and there was plenty of parking. I hope with some time under their belt to work out the newly opened kinks, that this will be a fun place in our breakfast rotation.

Walking in was a smooth lane right to the registers. Other than needing to wait till I was almost ready to order for a menu - there was a nice chatter to be heard, a bright open and needless to say large space to find seating at. They even had a huge "conference" style table for a huge group! I brought my kids and husband to this newly opened joint. (Awaiting a break so I won't have a heart attack) I WILL BE BACK! Wow! I ordered the five a dime and I am still (one day later) speechless. I need, life and death style, to find out the gravy recipe. Their sausage gravy is just out of this world. Be aware, it has a kick to it but that was something welcome to my taste buds. My husband ordered the BandG and holy moly. That meatball was unexpectedly delicious. Imagine the most moist maple breakfast sausage without 'pig casing' and meatball style....well you got that and then some! It was delicious and they did an exception job of leaving the yolks on the eggs ready to pop! My only criticism would be that that I wish the three layer cake was a bit more 'crisp'. It was pretty soft, basically the hash without the brown. This place is more than welcome IMO to Keller! Howdy!

Y'all need to RUN to this place. It's so good!! The ambience is perfect for a brunch spot and the staff was helpful and top notch. So you'll walk in, grab a menu if the lines are long, and then will know what you want by the time you reach the front. There are two registers and the lines moves quickly. I only had 3 people in front of me at 10:30 am on a Thursday morning. Not too shabby. You place your order, then give them your fave band name so that they know it's you. I said TuPac (I know, I know, it's not a band but I was put on the spot and not prepared so I panicked) !! I ordered The Squawking Goat which was FABULOUSSSSSS!! I'll order anything with goat cheese on it and damnnnn it was everything I needed. Biscuits were soft and perfectly cooked, the pepper jelly seemed like a lot, but it was all sopped up after so it was well balanced. The coffee was great as well!! I tried the light amber and it reminded me of the Starbucks blonde. Fantastic!! I love that there's an open concept kitchen so you can see up front and get all up in their biscuit making business. This place is great and I'll most definitely be coming back with the fambam or just invite some ladies for brunch. Thank you Yelp Elite squad and Kendall for making these events Covid friendly and spacious as to make it easy for our busy schedules. Appreciate y'all!!

I've heard a lot about Maple Street and have been excited to try them out, since they're only a few miles from the house. From the outside it looks inviting and as soon as I walked in the door - the same feeling was felt. Almost immediately I noticed a mood of busy but calm, friendly almost like a neighborhood store. Lots of room to sit and the smells of fresh biscuits and coffee are luring me in. The girls at the front counter were so professional and helpful. I liked seeing a mix of young staff in their teens and much older (my age LOL). A great combination and honestly, created a mood of a coffee shop that relaxing. They talked me into the Squawking Goat biscuit that has jalapeño jelly and fried chicken on the biscuit. When they found out it was my first time, she told me she was going to give me a cinnamon biscuit to try, on the house. Loved that they ask for your favorite band to call your order out. Even though they deliver it to you. The coffee bar is all you can drink and quite a few different choices for every coffee lover. I opted for a dark blend.....and it was some of the best brew I've had in a long time. I must have only waited 5-6 minutes when they called "Bee Gees" and brought my two biscuits over. Wow! If they tasted 1/2 as good as they looked - I was going to be in for a treat. Well, it didn't disappoint. That cinnamon biscuit has just enough cinnamon icing drizzled on top to make an incredible biscuit even better. Really it was over the top good. Cooked to perfection! Nice crispy shell outside and steam rising when I pulled it apart. One of the best biscuits I think I've ever had. Then I dove into the chicken biscuit. Once again, the flavor was amazing. The chicken cooked to perfection and had incredible taste. Biscuit on point and a little maple syrup. First time I have had to use a knife and fork to eat something on a biscuit. Except for biscuits and gravy. Well...this was a big winner for me. Their business model is top notch and runs like well oiled wheel. The food was incredible and service out of this world. Made a long time customer with me today. Planning on bringing my family and friends this weekend now. This deserves a 6th !
