Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich with avocado

I've been to this Einstein's many times when I used to live over here but have since moved. I've always been fine with it, nothing special. But this time (it's been about a year), I used my birthday reward (free sandwich using the app!), and I was actually very impressed! Mobile order was quick and easy, was instantly greeted, and my sandwich/ coffee was delicious!! Didn't have to add any sugar or sauces or anything, it was actually one of the best sandwiches ever. Nice job Einstein's staff at this location!!

I ordered on the app and got an ancient grain bagel and a bacon, avocado, and tomato egg bagel sandwich. It was ready when I got there and I took it home to eat. There's plenty of seating inside.and it looked clean. Both bagels were pretty good, standard Einstein bagel experience.

I always order online! They always say hello or good morning when I walk in and food is always ready! Best savory bagel: Hands down is the toasted Spinach Florentine bagel with Garden Veggie Shmear...chef's kiss! The flavor is unmatched, and the texture is perfect ! Best sweet bagel: The Maple French Toast bagel toasted with plain shmear is delicious every time! I've also tried the Cinnamon Sugar bagel with strawberry shmear: Flavor combo was on point, but the texture of the bagel itself was a little bit tougher than the other bagels! The texture is more of a traditional bagel and I just wasn't a fan! The strawberry shmear though.... I'm definitely trying it on the Maple French Toast bagel next time because that's about to be a power couple. Six Cheese bagel + Asiago bagel with Chive & Onion shmear were solid choices! Flavorful, cheesy, and dependable. Garden Avocado Egg sandwich: Eh...mid! Twice Baked Hasbrown is also mid! I would not get either of these again! I also had a Dragonfruit Lemom Drop so much ice! I wish there was a place on the app where you could ask for light ice! The drink was ok! Bottom line: the bagels slap, the shmears know what they're doing, and I'Il happily keep eating my way through the menu.

Much better experience at this location than our last time at a different one. The young man helping me was very nice and offered great service. The restaurant was clean and stocked and looked cool with its decor. The food, that was the thing, everything was good with no issues. I had the Texas brisket (sorry, no pics) and my girlfriend had the Country Bagels and gravy egg sandwich (again, no pics... we were hungry) and both were awesome. The twice baked hash browns are always a good addition and they have new lemonades with flavors and we tried the dragon fruit lemon drop one, AWESOME but a little sweet. All in all a great visit, saved the day for us with Einstein Bros!

I came in on a Saturday morning around noon and it was pretty busy, but that is usually how it is for any Einstein bagel location on the weekends. The staff was generally friendly and I got my food and drink within 10 minutes. I ordered the Asiago bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. It was delicious! Perfectly toasted and cut and just the right amount of cream cheese. I also ordered the frozen chocolate coffee which was soooo goood. I actually prefer it to Starbucks Frappuccinos. They had limited outdoor seating but lots of indoor seating. Because it was busy, it was a bit loud in the store but nothing unmanageable.

This was a new try. I believe it's a jalapeño cheese bagel with sausage. I'm not sure but it was delicious. Of course, I had to wash it down with their lemonade. Staff was great and they held the hair this time. lol

I absolutely love this location! Everyone is so kind and friendly and the location is conveniently located at the corner of Guadulupe Rd and McClintock drive. Plenty of parking too! I tried to order ahead but they system was temporarily down, despite the hiccup, I got my bagels and coffee quickly and served nice and warm! The gentleman taking my order might have been the owner- older gentleman with a kind smile gave me 3 free bagels for completing the survey at the bottom of the receipt. I got Everything, pretzel, and harvest grains. Also, I noticed at the bottom of my new receipt it says if you come back after 11:00am, you can get $1 off any sandwich purchased after 11am. Hang on to your receipts friends for savings and their app is also pretty cool. I've been using it because it's convenient and you get a free coffee with every purchase! I love the vanilla hazelnut! I always appreciate great customer service, thanks to this location, it's my favorite one for chewy fresh bagels and a friendly smile!

You pay $1.50 for cream cheese on your bagel but you get practically nothing. So stingy!! Greedy!! Never going back.

I was killing time in Chandler when lunch time approached and getting a sandwich was on my brain…read more Thanks to the Yelp app, I was able to find Retro's Subs & Brews and it seemed like the perfect spot to cure my itch. I was super stoked to check a place with "retro" in the name out, and I gotta be honest here, I left with pretty mixed emotions about a lot of things. The restaurant itself is pretty boring inside, mostly just being black with a few small pictures hanging up. I was kind of expecting big retro movie posters or something hanging around, but I definitely didn't get much of a retro vibe from this place minus a small neon "bar" sign and a claw machine in the corner. The menus were very cool, right by the front door its a record shelf and the records were the menus, so thumbs up for that idea. I thought i was mistaken, but I don't remember seeing sandwich prices on the actual menu, but as I look at other photos on yelp it does appear that the sandwiches don't have prices attached to them, which explains why I was thrown off by the end price. I settled on ordering the "take on me" which was black forest ham, roasted turkey, hickory smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and mayo on a Hawaiian style roll. I also ordered a sprite and a chocolate chip cookie as a side. The chocolate chip cookie was okay, pretty standard cookie though definitely not worth $3.75. The sprite was $2.99, and the sandwich came to $15.58. I was also charged $0.96 for something called the advantage program which I have no idea what that is. I gotta say, spending over $25 on a sandwich, a small cookie, and a drink is not something I would care to do at a place like this. The sandwich itself was very good, I won't deny that. The meat tasted fresh, and when it was all together it was definitely a good sandwich, but when there's not combo option and a basic sandwich, cookie, and drink ends up being $25 it's gonna be a no from me on returning in the future. Overall, I really wanted to love this place for the name, but the lack of much decorations and prices left something to be desired. The food itself was good, but not worth what was spent.

Parking 5/5 Arrived close to 9 am and we parked just east on Robson where plenty street spaces were available. Atmosphere 4/5 The dining room is a work in progress having added seating after being a takeout business only hence the name worthy of taking away. Walks have been removed opening up the space. It's a cute option for downtown food. Service 5/5 This is a counter order business. Grab menus bring them to your table. Head to the counter and place your orders. Food is delivered to your table. Fast and friendly service. Food 5/5 We both ordered the breakfast burritos, coffee and iced tea and a homemade banana pudding dessert. The burritos had country style potatoes, eggs and bacon. They came with a light verde salsa. The burritos hit the spot, we're hearty and filling. Worthy Takeaway or dining in my friend's-SYOY!

The breading was sopping wet and made eating it so unpleasant. The worst part was I paid 18$ for it, with a side of chips(fries would have been more). I was very disappointed. Their whole menu is honestly overpriced. Kind of disappointing what's become of this place. Edit: wasn't sure how to reply to the owner's comment, but I did eat it there, and the very first bite the sandwich fell apart. Honestly, I couldn't taste the fish at all, the flavor from the oil overwhelmed everything else. And you're right I have no problem paying more for quality, but at least for this sandwich it wasn't there.

I see a lot of uncles, aunts, grandmas and grandpas hanging out on the patio, especially on weekends! It's adorable!! The first time I went on a weekend and the patio was full and bussin'!! Today I stopped by after work and the patio wasn't as full, but there was a good size group gathered outside. The sandwiches here are so damn tasty, and you have to give them credit for making their own bread daily. You can taste the difference and you're never gonna get stale bread here, no sir!! They also offer a wide variety of Asian goods such as Vietnamese coffee you can make at home, spam, pastries, and a variety of chips you can't find in a regular grocery store. The prices for these banh mi sandwiches are very reasonable. One sandwich costs around $9. You can cut it in half and split it into 2 which is a deal! They make mine without jalapeños which is exactly how I like it. They forgot and put some in one of my sandwiches tonight, but no biggie. I just picked them off, lol. The dining room is large, but I have never dined in. I will eventually! The variety is enough for you to stand there a good while and ponder on what you want. My fatty self has ordered 2 sandwiches each time with a drink, and I'll probably keep that going! I also like that they offer smoothies, milk teas and other drinks you can add toppings to. You already know what I got! ;) The employees are always friendly and patient when I have questions. I'm glad I live nearby so if I get a craving, I don't have to drive an hour like I used to have to back home in CA!! I'll be coming here often for sure. The sandwiches are great for lunch ?Just keep them in the fridge)! We'll I guess you know what I'm having tomorrow.. haha!! Go get you some! And give Lee's Sandwiches a whole lotta love!

I had to park behind the building. The line was about 5-7 minutes long. I thought about getting a Bahn mi but have seen recent negative reviews- reviews even that they have failed the health inspection, so I decided against it. I ordered a small banana coffee which came out to ~$7. Although my order number was 10 behind the one that was being called, my drink was ready within a minute or two. I was expecting more of a cold foam but it is straight up banana PUDDING lol. So of course banana pudding on Vietnamese coffee is delicious! It mixed well; no clumps.
