They have good variety of Bagels and schmear. It's located in town center and has street parking in front of the store very few but works. The store has good ambiance and has seating inside and out. They have good selection of bagels and nice coffee. My GO-TO is always Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel with jalapeño salsa and it's Amazing!!! I tried their chile Bagel with chive and onion schmear but I liked their Jalepeno salsa schmear better...!! This is my first time at this location but maybe my last The wait is fine the line is long well not really long but customer service is nice friendly...but the manager seems to be in a mood when my receipt was not right but he was helpful. said when i come back will give birthday bagel. I bought two drinks one was bottle tea and one was the new mocktails i only have the bagel picture so not going to post that picture. It is clean inside and busy and spacious as well so that is good. I don't think I will be back though as I like the other location better in Chesapeake as that is my go to usually when I go over that way. read more

NEVER leave this place without taking everything out of the bag, and unwrapping every single thing. We legitimately have never had a completely correct order. It's long been a joke, except at these prices, when it's a RARITY to treat ourselves to prepared food, it's not funny. It should be correct; it's hardly rocket science or tax law (it's even printed out for the maker!). For example, a turkey and CHEDDAR bagel sandwich, should have... cheddar (the mayo it was supposed to include (that I even double checked on) would have been nice too). For $8+ I got turkey, lettuce, and some cruddy tomato - that is a "turkey & cheddar" sandwich. They also didn't bother to cut either sandwich; that was fun. Other times, we've ordered (& paid for) a bagel with cream cheese, and opened the bag to a just a bagel sitting there (unsliced too)... The list is expansive. All this for chain bagels that are nothing like real bagels anyway. Miss the good place that used to be in Town Center, where Shake Shack is now :(. Kid working there clearly wanted to be elsewhere; after calling out a name something similar to the one on the receipt, she handed me a bag with half my order. After going back to (half-a$$edly partially) make the rest, she put the bag down on the counter and walked away - zero words or communication. I can't speak for the food because I never even got to order! I stood at the register with a long line behind me while employees talked and counted money instead of helping customers. The other customers in line were laughing in disbelief. The person working the register took someone's order and then left the register to go make their coffee and food while the line kept growing and other employees stood around. Another real time review. The line is long and slow!!! It's 8:49 am and I have been in line already for 4 minutes. I was hoping everyone would be at work already but apparently no one works on Fridays. Lots of employees but only 1 of the 2 registers is open. I got a very toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. I ordered. Prices are reasonable. Asked me if I wanted room for cream in my coffee. Nice touch. They even had a vanilla hazelnut cream. Plenty of seating, even seating for parties of 6 and outside seating. I chose to sit at the "bar" which is facing the window...great for people watching. Lots of Door Dash orders. It is street parking. Parking garage is nearby. Got my bagel at 9:02. Bagel was perfectly toasted and the perfect amount of cream cheese. Was it the best bagel? Terrible service. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago with a schmear of cream cheese. Then waited. And waited. When it finally arrived, it didn't have the cream cheese. I asked if they could just give me a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese for free since they messed up my order. They said I would have to pay for the cream cheese since they forgot to charge me for it initially. Both managers see nothing wrong with inconveniencing people with long waits, providing messed up orders, and then doing nothing to rectify the situation. YUMMMMMMMM. It's been years since I've been here (and not to this location) and yesterday my mom chose this as her lunch spot, I'm glad she did. The gal inside who greeted us was incredibly sweet and welcoming and we chose two sandwiches, chips and drinks. I chose the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado on a Seeded Wheat bagel with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and roasted tomato spread was great. My mom's was my fav as her flavor and ingredients were perfect. She chose the Tasty Turkey Sandwich with spinach, cucumbers, turkey, lettuce, tomato, chive and onion cream cheese on an asiago bagel. SOOOO good. I'm getting it next time hands down. The mixture of those items with the cream cheese was to die for! Food was ready quickly and it was so good! I'm going to be adding this to my regular rotation when in need of lunch or snacks while in Town Center running errands and shopping from time to time. So worth it! They had several seasonal cold brew and iced and warm coffee flavors as well which is def. something I also want to try. We stop here every time we are in the area but this will be our last time. Rude staff, had to repeat our order several times and the order was wrong when we received it. I asked if everything was in our bag and was told it was in there. Left and the item was missing. One of our bagels wasn't toasted after the counter girl told them to toast it. I enjoy their Texas brisket egg sandwich on a cheddar jalapeño bagel, but sometimes they run out of that specific bagel and I have to substitute. The coffee is decent, but their cold brew is just a little bit acidic. The shop isn't the most comfortable for sitting a while, it's more for grabbing a quick bite or meeting for a coffee. We've been here a bunch of times and not once had a bad experience. I haven't been to a bagel/sandwich place in this area that's better except for maybe the "NY Bagel Cafe" place off Princess Anne Road in Va Beach but this is close. The prices are decent. It is always well-staffed so you get your food quickly even with a line. They must train the employees well because the food is always spot on and consistent. Everything on the menu is great especially the "farmhouse" The ambiance is good. It's a busy place with people coming in and out a lot but there is room to sit and eat. The dining area is cleaner than most places like this. Theres a really nice patio area outside with tables and chairs that you can enjoy when the weather is nice. The main 'con' about this place in my opinion is that they apparently have a ventilation issue and smoke from the cooking tends to build up in the restaurant. At least 4 of the times we've been there, it's made my eyes sting/water and made me sneeze a bit. Its hasn't been THAT bad-I've not been gasping for air or anything like that. I also didn't see other people in the dining area leaving because of the smoke, so it can't be THAT bad. For me though, it's uncomfortable enough to where I've said "let's take this to-go this time". If I could give it one star I would. I let the staff know I have a sesame allergy- I ordered my sandwich on a garlic bagel, which apparently here has sesame on it. They didn't say anything and made the sandwich. I got it- and said- I'm allergic to sesame, I can't eat this. They remade it- but I'm still not going to eat it because they clearly don't have the common sense to understand allergies. Additionally- the bathroom has a broken soap dispenser and it took forever to get through a 2 person line. Things look like they need a deep clean (again, allergy), will not be coming here again. Ummm... this was a no for me dawg (in my Randy Jackson voice). I went on grand opening day and as expected it was a bit of a line, no worries though. The crowd as I also expected were the local businesses as we were all in our suits and dress office gear. It felt a little like an up North vibe. There's so many choices of bagel, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. I was excited to get an egg croissant sandwich with an iced coffee!! However, all their cold brews and frozen coffees are caffeinated and no Decaf. Boooo... the way my heart palpitation is set up, I need the Decaf. So I settled for the sandwich only. One egg on a croissant was $7!! That is a little too expensive. And the egg was seasoned heavily with salt and pepper. Usually restaurants don't add the S&P as it is a personal preference or how about I don't add salt to my food, so for me I couldn't finish the sandwich because the salt was a little too heavy. But I did enjoyed the extra black pepper on the egg. There were a few grand opening hiccups but no biggie. There's outdoor seatings. They also have some kind of a reward program. I absolutely love Einstein bros bagels! I love it even more now that it's right around the corner. Located in the heart of town center, it has teamed up with caribou coffee and I couldn't be more happy. I went on a Monday around 1pm. Steady amount of people my entire visit there. We chose outside seating and I love that each table has an umbrella. It made for such a lovely lunch. I always get some type of bagel with the veggie spread. It's my favorite spread of theirs but all of them are yummy. This time I went for the spinach Florentine. Delicious! My husband got the chorizo sunrise. It had just the right amount of kick. He went for the garlic bagel over the Chile one and really liked it. We also got a twice baked cheesy hash brown which was sooo good! I definitely will get those each time if available. We shared a chocolate chip coffee cake which really hit the spot. Their strawberry banana smoothie was refreshing. I like my smoothies a little more thick in consistency but it was still very good. Staff was attentive and very helpful. A team member even came out to open the umbrella for us while my husband carried our order out. Definitely coming back for more! Welcome to town center!! Their bagels are good. But they screw up sandwiches orders. I have had several occasions when I get home the sandwich is on the wrong bagel. It is missing the meat or wrong meat. And the store is busy. So I fail to see how they mess up the order. Also their rewards program is a scam. They haven't been able to give you any points since last summer. This place is smack in VB town center, hope you can find street parking. It was pretty busy when I came by and it was a slow line and slow to get my food. Luckily, the food was stellar. I'll start with food since the rest is going to be negative. I got the turkey, bacon, avocado with tomato and lettuce on a pretzel roll. It was an awesome tasting sandwich! It was quite fresh and made very well. I also ordered and iced coffee, for having charged me 80 cents for almond milk, they were stingy with it and I had to ask for more. The young lady at the coffee bar was nice to everyone who picked up orders from her. The guy who took my order was rude as I had questions about what came with sandwiches and stuff. This place hasn't been open long, chill dude! He was not pleasant to me or anyone around him. The receipt said the name was Emily and I doubt that was the Indian man I ordered with. I asked if the potato salad side was mustard based and he said yes, then demanded someone hand him one. It wasn't mustard based, it was red skinned potatoes in white sauce. When I didn't want it he waved it behind him to get put away, like someone is psychic back there?! The inside is spacious enough, but when it's busy it doesn't seem that way. There were lots of dirty tables and people had to clean them off themself. There didn't appear to be central air either, there was instead a big AC unit standing between 2 tables with a hose to the ceiling and a tube stuck down a bucket behind it.
