I know a lot of Southerners don't care for the greatness of a bagel, they prefer their biscuits and that's all well and good. Egg & cheese on a croissant- the place didn't have any croissants... so had to substitute this for a roll 4. It was the chef's second day in the kitchen. Bagels alone wasn't great quality..it was edible enough, but extremely chewy and stiff, especially after taking so long to prepare the orders and with two people working in a place that is seemingly popular with the Yelp Community, the amount of time it took this order to be ready was a little ridiculous. I ordered the same thing back home the following day and it took less time to make here in NJ than it did here on a non-busy day with just my husband and friend as their sole customer at the time.
