When I saw my favorite Kouign Amann I was overjoyed because these are my absolute favorite laminated dough baked good and they are almost impossible to find in the States. My favorite bakery in Miami, Florida stopped offering them during the pandemic and never put it back on their menu. Anyway, it was delicious and I bought the last three!!!!! My husband, son and daughter in law each got a personal pizza and really liked them. As my daughter in law will be attending ODU we already made a pact that she would bring home Kouign Amanns every time I come into town to visit them!
