This review is more about the store itself than the sandwich. This Subway location is huge--I was honestly surprised. When did Subway step up their game with these remodels? When you walk in, you're greeted by multiple touchscreen kiosks where you can place your order. If you prefer the traditional route, you can still order at the register, but the main difference is they no longer make the sandwich right in front of you. The space itself is impressive--very clean, open, and modern. There's plenty of seating, including both tables and bar-style counter seating. What really stood out was the fireplace and TV setup in the middle, which gives the place a cozy, lounge-like feel. Definitely not the Subway experience I was expecting. As for the sandwich itself--it was pretty mediocre. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The quality was just average and didn't really stand out. read more

I ordered a Cold Cut Trio from the kiosk and selected the default veggie options. Unfortunately, when I received the sandwich it had none of the usual veggies except for red onions, which I did not select. I'm not sure how that happened since the order was placed through the kiosk using the default settings. It was disappointing because the sandwich was missing the toppings that normally come with it. Hoping this was just a one-off mistake, but it would be great if kiosk orders were double-checked before being made. read more

I cannot believe I am actually leaving a five star review for a Subway store. This store should be on training videos for every other Subway location in the world. I haven't gone to Subway in quite some time but I am so glad I went here for lunch. This location is so trendy it almost looks like the inside of a Panera bread store. They had the touchscreen ordering, except these were extra large screens. Three times the size of the screens that you would see at Wawa. There was pictures on the screen, it was easy to read and it was in large font text I was able to navigate and order my 6 inch sub without fail. I noticed shortly after I hit submit, that my sandwich was already being worked on by the staff behind the counter. The service was extremely fast and pleasant. My back in the day go to sub at Subway was the turkey bacon honey mustard sub. This is slightly different than the turkey bacon ranch but it is still very delicious. So naturally I went with what I knew. Bread was amazingly fresh and it was toasted to perfection. And Subway always finds a way to maintain good prices so I was happy about that as well. I will definitely be back to this location as it is close to my place of work. Keep it up Subway! read more

Not all Subways are the same. This Subway is great. They are very accommodating. They are friendly every time I go. I'm picky when it comes to how my sub is made. Very picky. They are ALWAYS great with all my special requests. Perfect sub every time. Options are always good. Bread is perfect and tasty and fresh. Toppings are always fresh and tasty. My family and I went there for dinner excited to use our gift cards. We did have to come out of pocket for some of it, totally fine. We loved Subway. I had ordered their meatball sub to try for the first time. Took one bite and it tasted weird. I went up to get a different one and that's when things went south. I was told I'd have to purchase another sandwich and the manager said at one point,"Just make her another sandwich because I don't feel like hearing her mouth." NEVER again. I hit this joint up at least 2-3 times a month because it is close to where I shake my money maker! The employees are always kind and quick at building beautiful sandwich art. I haven't actually sat down to eat at this location, but it always appears clean and well taken care of. It's also pretty dern large inside this sandwich sanctuary. Lastly, everyone has been to boring ol Subway, but that is the beauty of it. I can literally think about my three favorite sammy's inside my gigantic brain and recall the exact tastes of each. You know what you are going to get every single time. I love that. No surprises for me boy, no sir. Any-who, this is a great location and the staff work hard, so five stars from me! This is a good place to go for a quick sandwich. They have breakfast and lunch available. The last few times I have been here was for breakfast, though today I did the BLT. The cookies are also really good, and could tell they were done recently. The sandwich was good as usual and would come back. Although Wawa is still one of my favorites, this place is a great alternative. As for the decor, it is very simple, but they expanded the seating and dining area recently. The inside is much more inviting than before. You won't feel so crammed in there like it was before they expanded the space. read more

This location is always clean, friendly, and the food is well prepared. As far as chains go, this one is well above the other stores in the area. I went to this location last night shortly before closing (5/17,) and the two young women working were above and beyond kind to me. First off, Food was GREAT. But here's my issue. Lillian the cashier was very rude. There was only wheat & honey oat bread. No sweet tea or Watermelon Cucumber drink. Wouldn't brew any for me. Probably the best Subway in the area, in my honest opinion. The decor is very modern and welcoming. The television is never too loud and they keep the place very nice and clean. I've been to a few nasty Subways and this one is godly. Heck, the last time I was in there, they were cleaning the refrigerators. I love seeing stuff like that! Also, the manager. Well, I don't know if she's the store manager or shift manager, but she's so nice! I wish I knew her name, but she always remembers my orders. Called three times to tell them I made a mistake on my mobile order, on the 3rd time I call, some rude ass bitch answers and gives me a hard time and then HUNG UP on me. I had a few orders that needed to be rung up separate. The employee who rung me up for my order was rude when I told her I wanted to pay separate. She proceeded to sigh heavily and I then told her that she can keep the bill on one check if it's easier, she proceeded to say, "so now you want it on one check?" And acted as if I was a huge inconvenience. Although this is not the worst service, I believe that it is important for employees to practice good customer service and to be respectful to the customer. I am a frequent customer at this location and will need to evaluate my options before going to this particular subway again. read more
