For dinner, ordered bruschetta; pepperoni pizza; a BYOP with chicken, garlic parm sauce, and mushrooms; and a side salad. The side salad consisted of crisp romaine, sliced cherry tomatoes, and croutons. I opted for the honey vinaigrette. The salad was tasty but not revolutionary. Next up came the bruschetta. It was advertised as incorporating hot honey so we decided to go on a flavor adventure. The cheese they use was very wet and lumpy goat cheese. The basil and cheese really overpowered the hot honey and the tomatoes were overcooked and whole cherry tomatoes. No balsamic that I noted. Definitely not a traditional bruschetta and also not one I would order again, but it wasn't terrible. My husband wouldn't stop raving about the marinara sauce on his pepperoni pizza. He also loved the airy, wood-fired crust. On my BYOpizza, I enjoyed the crust, as well. It was not overly tough nor overly thin and had a great taste.
