We were immediately greeted upon arrival and provided menus with wine tasting options or by the glass. They do offer a selection of local brews as well. We chose a table indoors, service was attentive. I had a four pour wine tasting, the dry Riesling was my favorite. Though listed as dry it is very smooth and just the right balance between dry and sweet without any aftertaste. I purchased a bottle of that for $23 and tasting $12. They have a pizza food truck onsite and local cheeses that can be purchased. The Garlic and Herb Yogurt Cheese from Buttercup cheese was a creamy delight! Definitely a great stop if you are in the area or taking a Drive around Oneida Lake!

My sister and I took part in their wine-making class with their red varietals and it was so much fun! We got to make our own bottle of wine and then drink it with lunch! Both Nancy and Kit, the owners, were so knowledgable and made the entire experience fun and one of a kind! Lunch itself, I had rather low expectations of, but the pasta with beef was actually really tasty! Nice and al dente and the vegetables were also superb! We did some more tastings after- loved the ice wine and the chardonnay (Waterfall)! Waterfall was perhaps my favorite wine (I'm partial to white wines). It was so unique! Come support the smaller wineries!!! They are much more in touch with their grapes and the whole process from start to finish. It was really interesting that they just decided to make a random icewine one year- which is likely something that would not have happened on a larger winery. Overall, I cannot recommend Bet the Farm Winery more. Everyone must go! Truly a phenomenal experience!

I'm not sure if customers are able to walk the vineyards because it was raining when we got there. We stopped in for wine tastings - $20 for the preset menus and $25 for selecting your own wines. The tasting includes 4 wines and I thought the pours were generous. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza with hot honey to share and it was delicious. The service at the vineyard is a little strange because we sat in the main room upon entry but were told to go pick up our pizza in a different room. Thankfully they weren't very busy and the sweet lady that poured our wine ended up bringing the pizza over to us. They have 3 or 4 different rooms you can sit in. We chose the main room with both low top and high tops, one room had a fireplace to snuggle up next to in cooler months, and then the outdoor seating where they had live music allowed you to feel the breeze and see some views. The wine was good - our favorite of the day being the Cayuga White so we purchased a bottle to share which is a much better deal than buying by the $12 glass. This is a great place to hangout with friends or go on a date. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon but steady and very enjoyable.
