I came here for purchasing a new car battery and recycling an old one. The service was excellent - they asked for the car model, shared the various battery options. I purchased a battery with 3 year warrantee and also lasts longer than the standard battery ($179) for $209. I also asked a tough question of "do you have any parts for EV's" and the front desk was able to look up what the store has to offer for certain car brands and models. Next time, I will be sure to come back for windshield wiper replacements and windshield fluid - it was pretty affordable. Overall, with the great selection, great price, and great service, I will be sure to come back to this O'Reilly for any of my auto part needs!

When you arrive to the front door they have a door bell you have to ring to get service. The lobby area is clean with various of items on display. The receptionist was helpful and got my will call quickly. While I was there I saw they also offered AN fittings and hoses so I purchased some -10 lines and fittings to update my oil cooler too. After I got into my car I discovered that my console had been cracked and broken into two pieces. When I brought it to their attention both the manager and employee denied responsibility and essentially suggested that I was not telling the truth. To make matters worse a wheel cover came off while I was driving home and fell into traffic. I asked for a claim form and was simply told to handle it on-line. I expected a company like Pep Boys to take my concerns seriously and at least investigate what happened. Instead I felt dismissed and treated as though I was making the situation up; Spending $900 on tire service and then having to deal with vehicle damage, a wheel cover coming off into traffic, and employees who were unwilling to take responsibility has left me extremely disappointed. I hope Pep Boys taks my complaint seriously and reviews how this situation was handles.
