This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Almost like a tradition to eat here whenever I'm in town visiting friends and family. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is always amazing! My favorite item to get here is the Molcajete! It's like a stew and the flavor is fiiiiirrreeee!!!! Molcajete at other Mexican restaurants is not the same, for some unfortunate reason, so this place is where it's at. I've tried other items as well, such as the carne asada with shrimp. The chicken taquitos. The sizzling fajita plates, and many more. Every dish is unique and serving size is pretty big, so we always leave with leftovers. The art and paintings add a nice flare to the ambiance as well! Try it! You won't be disappointed! I absolutely love coming here when the kids are in town. The staff are always super friendly and polite. The restaurant is always clean and smells like delicious food. The bar makes great margaritas! Casa Ramos is a part of the Azteca Mexican Restaurant family. We are so glad we ate here while we were in Centralia for the weekend. The food was really good, just like other Azteca brand restaurants. The staff was really nice, quick, and friendly. The restaurant is in a convenient location right off of I-5. The vibe is very casual with a typical Mexican restaurant vibe. The prices are very reasonable. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the amount of vegetarian options that were available. For an appetizer, we had the chips and queso. For entrees, I had the vegetarian quesadilla with seasoned vegetables and my wife had a Mexican vegetable rice bowl. For dessert, I had the deep fried ice cream. The food was all delicious, savory, and full of flavor. The food came out warm and had great Mexican seasoning. The dessert was also very savory! I travel from Portland to Seattle often and try to always stop here. Best service, food and drink! The staff are amazing day and night. Even on a bustling busy Friday night, they take care of everyone and take the time to chat and joke! I cannot recommend this place enough. You will always find your favorite sports on the bar TV. I was really disappointed with my experience tonight. I called in a to-go order because I was craving a specific enchilada with rice and beans with Blanco sauce. I drove about 15 minutes to pick it up and checked the order in my car before leaving. The food had clearly shifted in the container rice piled on top of the enchilada like it had been tossed sideways in the bag. I went back in, and the staff was polite and offered to remake it. I specifically asked the employee to make sure the kitchen used Blanco sauce, not the regular cream sauce, and she confirmed they would. When I got home, the order was still wrong, it had the regular cream sauce instead. After driving, waiting, and tipping 20% on a to-go order, it was frustrating to end up with something I didn't even want. The staff was nice, but the attention to detail just wasn't there, and that really took away from the experience. read more

I am giving 2 stars because this restaurant is hot and cold. When they're good, they're really good and when they're bad, well it's an experience you dont want to have. We always come here for my bday. When we were seated, my daughter brought to my attention the bugs on the booth seat!! They were not cockroaches but whatever they were, there were several of them. I immediately asked to be moved. I would have left but we had family walking in the door to meet us any minute. After we moved, we waited for 15 min before the server brought us a menu. After my family arrived and we were eating chips & salsa, a male server asked us if we could move to a different table because they had a big party coming in. I said "absolutely not." I tried to quietly tell him we had already moved tables because I didn't want to cause a scene and he was SO loud about it that THAT created a scene. I couldn't wait to get out of there!! While paying, that same male server apologized to saying he was sorry about 'THE LITTLE CRITTERS" and continued to charge us full price for everything where it would have been BETTER BUSINESS to comp us SOMETHING!! Idk why this place doesn't get better reviews. I have been coming here for 29 years and never had a bad meal. Food is fresh, portions are huge and their margaritas are STRONG. We usually eat in the bar area - maybe the experience is better in there. The staff is generally very good. Their guacamole is excellent and I love when the chips are hot - freshly cooked. I've tried to like it & been there few times. But almost always it's either too greasy or lacking in any seasoning.

Disappointing. Out Harley riding stopped for some good chips & salsa & food. Salsa was less than good. Chips were heavy thick fried. Decaf coffee was excellent. It was Easter Sunday and wasn't sure if they would be open but they were! Party of 3 we got seated right away by a fountain and live plants, I thought the atmosphere was fantastic. Our server was super friendly and helpful, had recommendations to provide us with. She gave us extras that we didn't ask for which was very much appreciated. The chips and salsa were good, warm and basic as to be expected. I ordered the enchiladas a la crema. It was good, wouldn't say great but I am picky about my refried beans which didn't have flavor. He got shrimp and chicken fajitas, it was huge portions of food and he said it was pretty good overall. Our daughter got a burrito, not sure which one as I was distracted by my tasty blackberry margarita but she said it was good as well. Casa Ramos stood out to us for its beautiful decor, comfy seating, and amazing customer service. We came with a one and a half year old. The head of the house thoughtfully seated us in a corner booth, where we felt our toddler did not cause too much disruption. We were offered extra snacks and quick service to accommodate the kiddo. Everything was very thoughtful. The food was decent - not the BEST exquisite Mexican food but quite yummy, no complaints. A family friend recommended this restaurant because they're local and said this spot was one of the best in town, but unfortunately it was a good 3 out of 10. The menu is pretty limited. Mot the typical long menu you get at other Mexican restaurants. It's more of a Tex-Mex Restaurant (as our waiter put it) rather than a Mexican restaurant. No authentic soups which was a bummer! The pictures on the menu Look delicious but unfortunately in person it wasn't the best. We had a sticky menu which was quite unattractive too. I'm originally from the south and this is the best Mexican food that I've had since moving to WA years ago. I ordered the cheese and onion enchiladas and those were tasty. They have a delicious queso dip which is a very rare find here! The others dining with me had some meat based meals and enjoyed their food as well. It is a little more pricey than average. My wife and I stopped for lunch not expecting anything fancy, just something to tide us over on our road trip. We each got a taco salad, my wife had chunky pork for the neat and I had ground beef. I was surprised to see a large dollop of sour cream and guacamole for each salad, way bigger and generous than I have seen since the Covid and portion shrinkage. The chunky pork was a pleasant suprise, seasoned perfectly, tender and moist. The ground beef was good ground beef - a lot of times I go with what I know so I'm not disappointed. Luis was our server, and from what I gathered he is also an assistant manager. And let me just say, that he does a VERY poor job. Came in for the first time ever hoping to have beer and a good meal after work. First things first the salsa was super watery and the onions were half inch chunks (not diced so I was eating chunks of onion), the chips were cold, I asked for a modelo (my birthday was 2 weeks ago) which I was declined because it was not horizontal which he could clearly see my birthdate on it or have scanned it but he just said no it's not horizontal? I asked how the chicken mole was, was told that it was very good and said "never had a complaint, you might be the first to complain" which I'm not by the looks of these reviews, Side note wasn't given an option for tortillas (flour or corn) I was just automatically given flour which is not what you usually eat mole with?
