I wish, I could give this restaurant zero stars. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. Today, I came to get 13 burritos for work, and requested to-go-boxes, and I had to call the Manager Jose Luis, that stated he is also the owner. They don't give the burritos in a to-go-box. He told me I had to pay ten cents for the to-go-boxes. And, then when I went to pay for the burritos, they charged me extra for my order. All, over to-go-boxes, they purchase in bulk! The worse customer services I have ever received anywhere! The WORSE! The place is disgusting and so are the employees that work there. There's a lot of good restaurants in Downey you can get a great breakfast burrito for $3, and they give you excellent customer service. Their food is very good but the way the employees carry themselves is very childish and unprofessional. Best carne asada nachos and red salsa...noticed they taste best during the week but that's just my opinion

This place is gross!! Had my son pick up two orders of carne asada nachos and i was half way done when I saw a pubic hair in my food. My daughter ordered carne asada fries about a year ago and found a hair as well. She's never been back since. My daughter is very observant with her food. I thought maybe it was a one time thing accident. Now, it seems it's more consistent. By the way, I threw out the second order of nachos. Sooo disgusting!!! Will never, ever go back. I use to come here alot, after 3 years I decided to give it a try again. I use to like their Machaca burritos. I ordered one and it was dissapointing. I frequent this place alot. My boyfriend claims the food is gross. I personally love thier sopes without meat. Some items are better than others. Choose wisely. If it smells funny I recommend you DON'T eat it. I ordered a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs w/diced ham and potatos. What I got was scrambled eggs w/ diced ham and old soggy french fries mixed with green peppers and purple onions. I was disappointed and the girl at the counter said to me this is how we always serve our breakfast burrito. This place has cut back on the quality of service in regards to food. The french fries I got in my burrito were mixed with other ingredients so you wont be able to see the difference.
