Food: 3.5/5 Pricing: 2/5 Service: 2/5 Location: 3/5 I've came here a few times thanks to some gift cards but if it wasn't for that I would not come back. Portion sizes are very small and prices are very high. I've tried their chicken, shrimp, and carne asada fajitas. Flavor of the meat was good but man are the portion sizes crazy small. The size rice, beans, guac, cheese, tomatoes was so little. You also only get 4 small sized tortillas. Also tried their tacos. Hard pass. Again very small portions and the flavors were very muted. The meats were also overcooked when I had them. I had carne asada, carnitas (pork), and chicken. The highlight is probably just their chips, which are free when you eat in but cost $3 if you order them to go. Service is hit or miss. At the bar you will likely get ignored when you first walk in. They have a separate fajita menu that sometimes the server will not give you for some reason and I had to ask for it. Then depending on the server they could either be checking on you too much or completely ignoring you that you have to wave to flag them down. It took literally 20 min just for someone to close out my check. This is located in the Boro so you do get free 2 hour parking in the garage without validation on weekends and after certain hours on weekdays. So expect some foot travel time from your parking spot to the restaurant. If you want good tex-mex with decent size, go to Rango's, which is less than 2 miles away.

    Chips and salsa, not complimentary

Went for dinner on a Saturday evening. It was pretty late, like 8:30pm. I called and they said they were still serving food so I went ahead in. The restaurant was pretty empty and when I asked the hostess she said it was Fourth of July weekend and people were out of town. I chose to sit outside because it was a really cool and not humid evening. No one else was outside which I found strange since it seemed like the A/C was broken inside. I placed my order and asked if chips and salsa were complimentary. My server said no, but I was pleasantly surprised when she brought some out to me. I guess since they were so close to closing they decided to treat me. And I'm glad they did because the chips were fire! Just the right amount of salt. For my entree I had the steak and shrimp fajitas. So good! I was full but not overly stuffed. It was all delicious.

Vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant (reasonably priced) with delicious Salsa, Veggie Fajitas, Passion Fruit Margaritas! It's similar to Guapos and Uncle Julio's and better/cheaper than Mi Vida and Ometeo up the road in Tyson's. Hubby and I really dug into the cilantro Verde Salsa with a spicy kick served with salty tortilla chips. It's nice to have the option for a cup or bowl of Guac or Salsa. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the Salsa more than the Guacamole. Note the refill of chips is free (but not the salsa/guac). The Guac and Queso are a bit pricey. The sizzling Veggie Fajitas hit the spot with grilled mushrooms, peppers, and onions served with 4 flour tortillas and the typical fixings - black beans, Mexican rice, chihuahua cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guac. It would have been nice to have the option of corn tortillas. The Eggplant Milanese Torta sandwich (served only during the lunch menu) was okay. While the fried eggplant cutlet was crispy stuffed inside fluffy Ciabatta bread, the sandwich was quite dry. The cabbage, pickled onion, and cotija cheese didn't pair that well with the eggplant and failed to elevate the flavor. I spread some guacamole on the sandwich and tasted so much better! The Kids Meal is great and our son enjoyed the cheese quesadilla. The 4 Yucca Fries were fun to try, they were quite dense and very filling. I would save my appetite for the main course! The Churro dessert isn't like a traditional long, thick pipe shaped dessert. It's served like fries made of dough and cinnamon sugar. It tastes like funnel cake. While the Passion Fruit Margarita was refreshing it tasted identical to the Classic Margarita. While the waitress reassured us that we were served different cocktails, they tasted the same. While the Brisa Del Sol cocktail looked beautiful and fruity, it didn't taste as good as it looks. It was a bit sour and boozy, and wish it was more balanced. Will be back to score happy hour deals on the salsa and margaritas (Mon - Fri 4-7pm)!

This spot is good, again, not going to say it's in my top 5 Tex Mex spots within the DMV, but overall there's not a ton of menu items, which means they can do really well on a small selection of items. The enchiladas here are pretty good as well as the tortas. Honestly the pancito for the tortas are a little too fancy to my liking, let me just get that bolillo with frijoles, aguacate, carne, salsa and queso. But the tortas are good.

I've been here a couple times Food (5/5): happy hour pricing is at the table! Woo Hoo! Specials on drinks and food! Service: (5/5): Awesome server. Ambiance (4/5): It was busy on a Tuesday night for dinner. Also, at 3pm on a Saturday it was nice. Annoying rap music gets a star deducted.

Came here with a few friends for the happy hour. Pretty good deals for food and drink. The margaritas were really good. Their quesadilla was OK but the tacos are delicious. Also, the service was actually everyone was very friendly.

Happy hour food menu - shrimp tacos were the best

This place was okay - it fits the bill for what it is, a post work happy hour and corporate gathering spot. The restaurant itself is pretty cute, with an okay amount of seating and patio space. It's pretty loud inside when it's busy. The food is not bad, but pricey if not on happy hour, the shrimp tacos being the best. The drinks are just okay. The service is great though.

3.5 stars. We came in with a lot of worry that this would be one of those places that try to "elevate" Tex-Mex comfort food by smaller portions and higher prices. In the non-authentic category, I am allergic to those establishments, unless there is some entertainment value/unusually good location that I can justify the price tag for. El Bebe is right in the middle. Loved the corn dip and the carne asada taco. My fried fish in the taco was super dry. Nothing else left an impression. Service was friendly and the place was cute. But I can get much better tacos at Taco Bamba, or a very similar experience at Guapos/Uncle Julio's. Needs a distinguisher to be someone's go-to.

Service: decent because it was not busy and i expected a bit more attention from the staff there. Food: HH specials was good. I had the shrimp and chicken tinga tacos. The shrimp tacos was sooooooo good. Ambiance: nice and clean Soooo last minute choice to come here or Circa. I got 7 other ladies to come and it was a good location with decent parking. Good was ok, service good....would i come back? Not sure. There are so MANY restaurants in Tysons that I'm like - what makes you feel u stand out? I came there for HH 4-7pm but will I be back? HMMMMMM

    Trio dip appetizer was phenomenal.

The food was okay. Not your authentic Mexico cuisine. The drinks were too sour. The best option was the guacamole and chips.

Out of towner + lover of really good, authentic tacos read reviews to pick out this place…read more Closed Mondays so just made it on Sunday for dinner. Counter order/buzzer to hold til ready. What a find!!! I have to mention the amount of flavors bursting forth before anything else. 1st bite- we were sold. Never said this B4 in a review - these tacos could not have been any better, in any way, than they were here. Juicy and tender, we tried 5 types, the beef birria, goat birria, chicken tinga, chicken+chorizo, and beef tinga. All equally great. Then Sopas chicken tinga, beer birria So fabulous too. Loved every single bite. Small place, very casual with several inside tables, more outside. Sat down for some, carryout for more. Carryout was well packaged- self serve some of the 3 sauces to go to try. Green is avocado/tomatillo mix, red is hotter/sharper, orange (kickin/creamy) good. Decent sized menu but not trying to do everything- smart move. Because everything they do they do extremely well. Before we even left, I said "If we lived here , I'd be coming here almost every week". It's that good. We're both retired chefs and cook at home constantly, but this was something special. Do Not Miss.
