Greek Quesadilla w/Protein
Lynda D.

I've only been here once and gotten takeout, but their food is very fresh. Not the most affordable and can add up if you get a lot of items. However, portion sizes are huge and can be justified. The greek quesadilla, for example, is GIGANTIC. They are generous with their fillings. I don't have a picture of their tacos but they also load up their tacos. The greek fusion items are a must try. I plan to update this review when I try more items.

Grilled Tacoz

This place exemplifies customer service! When we walked in we were immediately welcomed and when we said it was our first time, they took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations. I got the grilled tacoz and they were delicious! You can really taste the Greek and Mexican fusion in every bite. Though I live a bit far from here, I'd return to try more.

Greek Bowl with chicken

My family quite enjoys this Greek/Mexican fusion joint, even though I don't. My wife had a variety of Greek tacos, and my daughter had a Greek bowl with chicken, while I had a Mexican burrito with gyro (I don't care for their gyro, nor the mix of ingredients in the burrito).

2 beef tacos, 1 Fajita Taco

Wild Tacoz is a very unique restaurant. Greek and Mexican fusion. The gyro fajita taco was delicious! Everything was flavorful, and the owner was down to earth and friendly. The salsadilla (I got with shrimp) was so flavorful and cheesy. I really enjoyed it, and I wouldn't mind making that drive again for this.

Chicken and pork bowl (chicken is shredded; pork is cubed).

What a cute place! This has been on my list for a while so I was looking forward to checking it out. It's in an unassuming little side street near Tinner Hill in Falls Church. There are limited parking spots on the "street" in front of the restaurant that are shared with other businesses - not sure if more is available elsewhere. The menu is a simple piece of paper, but packed with lots of options. I ordered a bowl with Greek toppings and chicken and extra protein (pork). The bowl comes with rice. Everything was so flavorful and delicious! And a bit spicy (I'm sensitive to spice) but still yummy. The bowl was huge and I didn't think I would finish it all in one sitting...but I did! And the lady who explained the menu brought us each a York peppermint patty afterwards. What a sweet touch! Also, the owner came out and chatted with us, which was nice. It really is a cute place!

Shrimp w/ rice taco, spicy red beans taco and tofu taco

**update of my review, after asking my partner if they wanted to come back over the weekend** The only feedback is that they skimp on the salsas (when you are already paying for them as extras and so the sour cream), if this can be fixed since mexican restaurants are well known for their big pots of salsa or refill of chips and salsa, this almost feels contradictory. (10/18/25) What a lovely Mom and Pop restaurant is this! I've seen a lot of videos of people trying the stuff here and I was curious to try their Mexican-Greek fusion! The menu is quite weird to understand, but the owners and the people running the place are so kind and friendly, they will explain to you everything! Basically you get either a Greek or Mexican dish as a base, as well the proteins and toppings, the fun part is choosing which you will have it, either a Mexican taco with the Greek protein (like I did with the Shrimp w/ rice) or Greek Pita with Mexican carnitas! No wonder why the called themselves Wild Tacoz. At first I thought portions were going to be small (like you go to other taquerias or even gyro places) but oh I was wrong, If it wasn't because I was starving, I would have take one of my tacoz home! The food is not only huge, it also tastes really good! You can feel the love they put on every bite!!! I must mention everything is cooked in Greek olive oil and all the meats are halal. My husband had the Mexican burrito with chicken, he said it was really good, he really liked the rice mix and the green salsa! I had the trio grilled tacos on flour tortilla (you can do corn too!) the flour tortillas perfect! (I'm not sure if these are homemade or they source them locally, but regardless delicious!) my choices were: shrimp w/rice, spicy red beans and the tofu with all the Mexican toppings: lettuce, pico de gallo and thick shredded sharp cheddar. The shrimp w/rice was the Greek protein, could taste the oregano lemon blend characteristic of Greek seafood dishes! It definitely didn't need much of salsa to elevate it! Maybe some hot sauce if you wanted an extra kick like I did with the green salsa. The spicy red beans one was a little less impressive but it's hanging there, I like the way they seasoned the beans because it's almost the way I season them when I'm making vegetarian tacos at home! I loved them with the mango salsa! Next time I'll order tzatziki or feta on my bean taco to make it more unique! Both my husband and I decided that the Tofu taco was the best!!! (He tried that one and the bean one since he is not really a shrimp fan) the texture of the tofu was wonderful! Almost as good as the best tofu forward restaurants I've been!! I definitely need to know their technique!!! Also was very flavorful, although it does lift a lot if you add the salsas!!!

We had a lot of fun, a great idea to offer a different spin on tacos. They were super friendly to my kid who loved her quesadilla! We will be back!

Attentive, kind service and delicious food. Very casual, but clean. They do special events and if we were more local we'd be coming by all the time! Hot sauce wasn't very hot but super flavorful/delicious.

Mexican Greek Fusion Taco shop in Falls Church is a hole in the wall within an older retail strip. DO not drive by and miss this place the food concept is unique and the food is great. For our second time at Wild Tacoz we chose a cold winter night and fortunately it was not crowded as the tables are limited. You can get tacos with Greek toppings or traditional Mexican toppings. Feta cheese and tzatziki on a taco is what I have been missing in life. The Quesadilla with chicken is the best quesadilla in the area. Perfectly grilled with grill marks on the tortilla and cheese melted into the chicken. So flavorful and filling. Add a side of tzatziki sauce on the side and you're ready to dip your Quesadilla. I love the combination of Mexican and Greek flavors. They have burritos and bowls as well that you can create in your own way. If you're in Falls Church give this Taco Shop a try you won't be disappointed unless you can't get a table.

An interesting Greek/Mexican fusion place. Service is without a doubt 5 stars. The lady at the front was friendly and helpful. Me and a friend shared the Greek quesadilla which was interesting and had three tacos. The chicken and steak tacos were definitely our faves. Also pretty big portions for the price.

Gyro

I've never heard of a Gyro quesadilla, it was definitely a new experience for me and my mom really really liked it. The guy working there was super nice, it's definitely a very unique place and not your regular taco place

Ok it's worth the hype. If you're a fan of Mexican and Greek cuisine... this is your spot. Food came out hot and flavorful. *greek quesadillas- I chose shrimp as my protein. It was flavorful, yummy! It's a large portion. A must share. *mexican bowl-ground beef for protein. Mmm so flavorful! You pick your salsa. Service was helpful and friendly. We will definitely return. We would love to try more things on their menu.

Parking was easy with a large garage right next to the restaurant, which made it especially convenient before heading to a show nearby. When we walked in, the bar was packed with people watching the game, and it had a fun, lively atmosphere. It definitely looked like a great place to catch a sporting event. The service was excellent from start to finish. The owner even came over to introduce himself, which was a really nice touch and made us feel welcome. The chips and salsa were good, just what you'd hope for at a quality Mexican restaurant. We ordered the shrimp fajitas, regular fajitas, and a couple of quesadillas from the kids menu. Even though the menu says it's for kids 8 and under, they were happy to let our slightly older kids order from it. It was a fantastic value, although I'd recommend it more for kids around 12 and under based on the portion sizes. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful, but the standout was definitely the homemade tortillas. They were outstanding. I also asked for a hot sauce, and they brought out a fresh green sauce that completely elevated the meal. I'm not sure exactly what was in it, but it was incredible. Great food, friendly service, easy parking, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'd definitely come back and would highly recommend Rango's to anyone looking for excellent Mexican food in Virginia.

Another food runner immediately brought us water and chips and salsa. The salsa tasted a little bland and felt like it was missing some salt or some other seasoning/ingredient. The plates were served hot and the kitchen had the good come out quite quickly which was appreciated. We'll be back!
