A plantain bun(?) was creamy, slightly sweet and so interesting with a brown sauce in the middle that was slightly spicy. The bread round was my least favorite item as the taste didn't really appeal to me. Although everything was plain and lightly sweetened, the textures were so good. I like being able to purchase cookies for my son that are clearly low in sugar.
