And oh boy, this plate is definitely way more than what it appears. The plantains were cooked to perfection with the texture that was to the point. The two sunny side ups were smaller but nice and perfectly over easy. And the refried beans' seasoning (although they looked a bit dry at a glance) were creamier than they appeared; the seasoning of it was also to the point. Quite palatable. The town of Elizabeth doesn't have much to offer but this small and yet mighty latin restaurant has more than what you'd expect. It's a nice business to remember if you happen to be in town.

As someone who absolutely loves their food, and has posted positive reviews previously, I can't seem to be able to get them to take my money. Operating a restaurant is hard enough, I can't imagine how they'll stay in business if the people who love their food can't get it.
