When I mentioned it was to go, they offered me a frozen cup for water while I waited for my meal to be prepared. It was a small gesture, but it made me feel genuinely welcome. Although I was born in the United States, my family heritage is Peruvian, so I was excited to see Lomo Saltado on the menu. To my surprise, the person who greeted me was also from Peru and assured me they would make me a delicious plate to go--and they absolutely delivered. The Lomo Saltado was flavorful, well-prepared, and reminded me of the authentic flavors I grew up enjoying.
