Don't order the fish tacos! Mine were filled with the breading from fish filets, like the frozen kind. Hardly any fish, mostly breading, and it was cut up in little crumbly pieces. Weird and gross! read more

This place is bomb and has some really good guacamole. The asada is really good too! I loved the service, I asked on my Uber notes not to add any salsa and they listened! The quality of food here is not good. I bought three burritos of Alpastor and the meat was super dry. It taste like from previous days no flavor and the beans were dry and top it off. The onions were the size of a quarter. Not even sliced their food ethic and food quality is no longer here save your money and go to other Mexican places around Sylmar. The service is OK there. It's not the best not very friendly but you can't control everyone the ambience. It's like whatever nothing to be. It's a fast food Mexican place. read more

Well it's a taqueria. We had tacos de asada and pollo very tasty. Nothing special and salsa was meh. Ordered Birria without consume. Like what the heck!! First of all I was just minding my own affair driving down Foothill Blvd.All of a sudden I heard my lil guts growling ,so I was like "cool" let me order some "papas con carne" .I call the place to give my order and the cashier decides to yawn like "aaaaaaaaahhhhh" . I just came to buy at this location and found the people in the kitchen NOT wearing the mask due to the coronavirus properly, I am a Medical Assistant and want to help others to stay safe, so the person in the front asked them to put their mask on properly. The man who is cooking remove his mask completely and the other lady had it just covering her mouth and not her nose. The owner should enforce the properly use of mask to minimize the risk of coronavirus since in Sylmar we have more than 890 people with covid-19 and 43 deaths. read more

Tasty asada and lengua tacos. Both meats were well seasoned and moist! Salsa bar with all the fixings for your taco. Tuesday special 4 tacos and free drink. If you're looking for a great burrito place look no further, this is it! I suggest if eating here to eat in because the order comes with chips and frijoles and not when you order out. My usual order is the carne asada burrito and it's delicious and filling. I usually don't finish it all unless I'm starving. I also get a jamaica, which is a hibiscus agua fresca, it's not too sweet or too bitter. It's perfect. The down side is how greasy everything is. I avoid ordering out because when I get home the tacos are overly greasy and it is unappetizing. Other than that no problems. CASH ONLY!!! They do have an ATM but of course it charges a fee so remember to bring cash. read more

This to me was a great thing it's rare when I go out to lunch and the place I chose isn't crowded. Now onto the menu, there is an awesome selection and the prices are fair...I got enchiladas and my father got some tacos. My dad didn't find the tacos to be anything special the tortillas were burnt & said the salsa was HOT! As in really spicy....as for my enchiladas, they were ok. Nothing close to a plate licking meal. This is my taco place, Period. Little joint in a strip mall that only takes cash. Air conditioning is a little sketchy at times and the people behind the counter don't always speak a lot of English, but they get my order right most of the time. The food on the other hand is the best around. I usually go for tacos or the shrimp tostadas but the other times I got a burrito or nachos they were great as well. I love the tripas and their al pastor is amazing, different than most places but delicious all the same. read more

I love the tacos here, but if you order here and you happen to get the lady that takes the order, double check your food, she will mess up the order each time, mad dog you for letting her know about the error and she sucks at math so double check your receipt. My first time coming here I got a bean and cheese wet burrito. Word of advice DON'T get the red sauce that they put on it. It left a weird after taste in your mouth. Always our go to spot. Food is consistent and the seafood is fresh. Love that they're open late. Some past orders have been wrong but they were corrected with either a refund, free food or a replacement. The ladies at the counter are always friendly. The only con, the men that sit outside and hang out. They like to stare like you're a Dish from the menu. The food is good enough to keep coming back for late night cravings. read more
