It's a small Mom and pop place. When we walked in, we were able to choose our own table. Service was quick. Waitress brought us complementary chips and salsa. The salsa is pretty spicy but good. We ordered the Carne Asada tacos, which by the way, the tortillas were delicious. The size of the tortilla is actually pretty big. I would consider that twxo to be a mini burrito. . The costillas de puerco with green chili was OK. Their coffee had a hint of cinnamon, which was was delicious. We just got lunch here, and while the food was absolutely incredible, the service left a lot to be desired. Let's start with the good: the dishes were flavorful, well-prepared, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious, and if I were rating based on food alone, this place would get five stars. Now for the bad: the service was frustratingly slow and inattentive. The table was dirty, It took forever to get the food, we asked for mayonnaise on the side and we never got it. Our server barely checked on us, and when we finally got her attention, she seemed bothered when I came to pick up for the plate I ask for and getting the check was another long wait. It's a shame because the kitchen clearly knows what they're doing, but the front-of-house experience didn't match the quality of the food. I'd consider getting takeout in the future, but dining in? I ordered food over the phone. Upon arrival the three young and clueless waitresses told me that my food be right out. I could hear them speak in Spanish admitting that they gave my food to another customer. In a scramble they told the kitchen cook to remake my order which I was willing to wait but then the customer came back with my food and opened in front of them to let them know they had given him the wrong order. If I could give zero stars on this review, I would. We went to this restaurant today for the first and last time. Our enchiladas were cold and the carne on the sopes was burned. They reheated the enchiladas and tried again on the sopes. The second sopes were not good at all. The waitress was petty and charged us for the rice and beans on the plate after we had her take the sopes away. On top of the pettiness, the waitress was argumentative about having to charge for a plate that didn't do well after two tries. She walked away when I told her that the second plate was not good either and told me that it was the second plate so we had to pay. Both the manager and the waitress admitted that the meat was burned because they let it sit on the hot grill the entire day, but the waitress insisted that we touched the beans and rice on the plate so we should pay $8.99. She was rude and even argued with the manager. After arguing for about five minutes, the manager had her cancel the rice and beans. We paid the remainder and left. The food and service from the waitress gets zero stars. The manager was understanding. He needs to get rid of that waitress. Very rude! read more

I enjoyed my breakfast here this morning. Was feeling tired and I ordered the chilaquiles rojos- they were delicious and inexpensive! Free coffee m-f before 11 am. The waiter was really efficient. She gave me great service despite being the only waiter. PLUS the kicker: two musicians started singing with instruments. They were so cute, two old men singing their hearts out. I applauded and thanked them as people were too busy eating. This is why I love the valley- people are amazing. People are lit no matter the time. It was a beautiful experience. Ventured here in hopes of finding a great nacho spot and was not disappointed. There isn't outdoor dining being offered with covid but they are offering to go and you can call in your order as well. I placed my order on arrival after perusing the menu. There were lots of eye catching items but my heart wanted nachos. While ordering I was informed it was $1 taco Tuesday and asked if I wanted to add some tacos onto my order. Has anyone ever said no to a $1 taco?! I'm certainly not going to be the first. Once home with my items I was quick to open my nachos. The last thing I want are steamed soggy chips. These nachos were perfection. An even helping of cheese, sour screen, green salsa, beans and a mountain of meat. Usually topping are scooped onto the middle but these were evenly dispersed with a squeeze bottle so that every chip was perfectly topped. I'm all about the crunch and these delivered. The pastor wasn't spicy. It the perfect hint of pineapple goodness that caramelized the pork. Hands down some of the best nachos I've had in a very long time. The tacos were equally great. For $1 the meat ratio was exceptional. Taco Tuesday can be a hit or a miss. Usually at store fronts they're a miss. It's all tortilla, onions and barely there meat but these were perfect. The meat wasn't overly greasy. The tortillas didn't fall apart nor were they too thick. Honestly, the only thing I found disappointing was the lack of people. There's wasn't a single person waiting for food but me. Yet, down the street there was a line for another establishment. A nacho cheese from the can one to boot. Come here for the real deal. Which, lets be honest, is great food at an even better cost point. Location: it's a little hard to spot and you might pass it accidentally. The following day I went and grabbed tacos dorados de pollo... the pollo was like fajita style with like onions and bell peppers and placed in like a hard shell tortilla kind of like Taco Bell. So I wasn't happy I was expecting it to all deep fried but nonetheless they were good. I also grabbed the torta and it was HUGE and messy full of carne and lettuce! I'm a fan of messy Mexican food, so I loved it!! The tacos are HUGE as well I ordered 4 thinking they were regular sized tacos and they weren't!
