The manager, Todd, was vigilant without being imposing, and obviously had a firm grip on the flow throughout the restaurant. I had the Barn Burger that was prepared and presented very nicely, and I chose the Caesar Salad over fries, which turned out to be the right choice as it was one of the best Caesar Salads I've ever had. We also split a Fondue Pub Chips - house made potato chips with several wonderful toppings.The signature cocktails were very different, priced well, and did the job. In totality, the experience was fantastic and I can see this place as the place everyone will want to be in 2026 and beyond. Let's begin with all the ways the food was subpar. First- my mother did the fixed price menu. They forgot one of her courses entirely. The shrimp cocktail was not in the building. Not that it's a huge loss- you get four measley shrimp. Then, the lamb chops were supposed to come with arugula- and the "salad" was a weird container of lettuce and cannellini beans- beans were never mentioned anywhere on this menu. We honestly didn't even know whose meal that was supposed to pair with because nothing like it was on the entire menu. Food allergy risk anybody? The lamb chops were also bone dry- no trace of the reduction or glacier sauce that the menu specified. The worst offense of all were the salad dressings. They were completely inedible! The balsamic vinaigrette was just pure vinegar- like get out your Easter eggs to dye because that's really all you can do with straight vinegar. The raspberry vinaigrette had the consistency of a jam and lo and behold, tasted like a container of raspberry jam. From start to finish the staff was rude and made it seem like they were doing us a favor by serving us- that's your literal job!
