After shopping there for many, many years, I came outside to find my vehicle completely dead. Not even a click. I went back in and simply asked if someone could help with a jump--I even had my own cables, and there were company vehicles in the lot. I was flat-out told no. Fine--I understand policies and liability. What I don't understand is the attitude. I was told not to take too long moving my car, as if I was already a problem. I came back before closing to explain I couldn't get a jump box and asked if I could return in the morning. Again--attitude--but I was told it was "fine." The next morning, I returned early with a jump box, only to be told by another employee that he was about to call a tow truck on my car. When I explained the situation, he said he didn't need to speak to anyone and would have it towed anyway. That's not just poor customer service--that's a complete lack of basic decency and communication. I get that I'm just one customer and it may not matter to them, but I won't be back. If this is how they treat people over something this simple, I'd rather take my business anywhere else. If there were an option for zero stars, that's what this location would get.
