When I asked the manager if there were any 2022-2025 Honda Pilots available for a test drive, he told me none were available. I then asked for a business card, and he claimed he had run out, even though I could clearly see a stack of cards on his desk. He asked me to leave my name and number and said he would call when a vehicle became available, but I never received a call. (500 Yonkers Ave location) The experience left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer. I eventually went to New Jersey and purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander instead, where the dealership treated me with professionalism, respect, and hospitality.

We located the EXACT car we were looking for on the Yonkers Autoland lot (model, miles, age,…read morecondition, trim/premium package etc). We are from NJ and I was a bit hesitant to travel to Yonkers to look at it but it was an easy ride and pleasant experience. From the moment we made first contact with their coordinator Rachelle, through our contact with the Sales Rep, it was smooth sailing. We paid cash and they did not upsell thousands of dollars to the price. They had a lot of nice/upscale cars on the lot, not old/beat up cars. They have a one bay detail and mechanic garage area on the lot so they serviced it before we drove it away. On the way home, no issues... car is rock solid and in fantastic condition! They also were able to work with us to give us temporary tags until we register in NJ. We are pleased with our experience. Thank you to the team at Yonkers Autoland!

They can't do anything about it because they have not had a large number of complaints. So I would encourage anyone that has had a bad dealing with them to please contact the attorney general's office. Really ok you can't find her how about asking for more information ? Instead you said she doesn't exist yet you say you stated that buyer is well informed. Again they took advantage of kids one never graduated high school and the other just graduated. They also stated take it up with finance company about the rate. Again the company is whom they got for the kids. Also I saw a review that they would not sell a car for cash because they would not make any money on it. Typically according to my research the kickback to the dealer is 1-2% of the loan based on the interest rate. If I could give them a negative number I would. They sold my daughter a car at a rate of 25%. The kid asked what's an interest rate mean ? They said oh you just pay 25% more. They used some shady place called westlake financial which is an another mess with their crazy practice. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they took advantage of young kids. Especially Alba Perletta the sales person. PS I only found out about this after my child was drowning in debt and almost ruining herself over this car. I would have never allowed it. They made it easy and appear that she was getting a good deal. All I can say is there is a special place in hell for people and businesses like this. Notice they have not responded! Also I saw the other review that a guy couldn't buy a car for cash because they wouldn't make money. Wow they are in bed with this shady financial place Westlake that charges 25% interest. Let me just say that I've been coming here for YEARS and have spent thousands since I had another car that I serviced. It's been convenient and most of the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Today, I had a different experience. First off, the guy at the front (I won't say any names) is rude. It takes nothing to say hello back to someone who came in and said hello. Anyway, came in to do a battery replacement. Everything was done and as I was walking to the office, I see my car....left UNATTENDED WITH THE HOOD UP and my car still running for several minutes. He just left it there like that. I walked to the office (hood was still up). Stood there waiting to get my bill and keys (hood still up) Mind you...it's a rainy day. This kid was negligent with my property. I don't know if me being a woman alone made that acceptable but it's not. Big or small job, it's business and you treat everyone's property and them with respect. Then after seeing my car left on with the hood up, I make them aware of it and then I paid and left. As I was driving, my USB/anti theft system was not working. Screen blank. Not only was he negligent with my property....he didn't finish the job. You have to reboot the anti theft system for that and the USB/screen controls to work. I was more than willing to tip the guy since I know they don't make much on batteries but after that experience, no. You don't just put a battery in...you need to reboot the system. Today was EXTREMELY disappointing and needless to say, I will go elsewhere from now on. Maybe give JJ a bit more training.

Called a few minutes in advance to schedule an oil change. Treated with respect and attended to…read moreimmediately. I told them my brakes might need replacement and they offered to check. They told me 'Brakes are fine' when 9/10 places would've suggested replacing them regardless of need. I've always said that an auto repair shop can crush the competition just by being honest and hopefully Hughes is showing how it's done!
