Even from remote locations. The owner of our practice and head dermatologist Dr. Adelman has been with Frankenstein since his time as a provider in Austin Texas from 2008 up until present day 2026 in Tucson, Arizona. Alex has assisted us in our time here in Tucson, AZ remotely, and you cannot tell the difference whether it is remote or in person. Mitch at Frankenstein has helped us out remotely with ethernet dock replacement issues, and from Texas! Alex makes sure we are comfortable after every requests. They really care and take out the time to get the job done. I can vouch for these guys any day of the week!

AVOID AT ALL COST. I originally found them through WordPress - QPilot is their platform I guess?…read moreIt's really confusing. I was excited to offer subscriptions for my customers and this was the only option for CBD at the time. I connected it and pretty quickly got a loyal customer to subscribe. By the time their subscription came due (September 28, 2021), it failed. Guess what - I lost that customer.... they were loyal for YEARS purchasing my bars monthly without this dingy service. I made multiple attempts to fix it on my end and tested with a mock purchase. It also failed. So I went to the Qpilot site and attempted troubleshooting there - their end showed no issues. So, I decided it was best to just cancel my subscription before the October 1 billing.... they don't have that option on the "Manage My Subscription" section, you can only get larger packages. Somehow I found a support FAQ or whatever and it said if you want to cancel email them. I did and made it simple - I don't have time to play back-and-forth. Mind you, I was paying for this service since March 2021 - constant troubleshooting, so I was excited when I thought it finally worked when I received the subscription from the loyal customer. Several months later, I'm reviewing my credit card and I see "Patterns In the Cloud" taking money monthly. I was confused because I did not know this was QPilot. I googled the name and found they were connected, so I called the number and got "David's" voicemail. I receive a callback (voicemail) 3/30/22 and David says he's "trying to let me know we can process your cancellation"... okay then do it. He goes into this speel on how he sees my site still offers AutoShip and attempts to upsell. His upsell was not worth my time, so I don't call back. Today when reviewing everything, I see he left a voicemail 4/05/22 again saying they're "handling the cancellation request" for me and continues to upsell the damn thing I have been saying to cancel. David - you can see from your end that there has not been a single subscription since the first cancelation request on September 28, 2021, which was the day those 3 failed subscriptions happened. Now, here we are 8 months later and I am still getting billed $49 per month. I have no clue why the AutoShip shows on my store as I've disconnected it from WooCommerce several times already and even today I completely messed with the app in there to try and get it off and it still shows. I've left David a final voicemail putting him on notice that if I do not have this canceled and am not refunded I will be filing in small claims - it wont be nice having to fly to California over about $600. I expect a full refund from the first billing date approximately $600 at this point.

From the very beginning, these guys were professional and easy to work with. The sales process was easy - I liked how they setup their packages/pricing. Any time I had a question, they made sure to clearly answer it. Their response time to emails and phone calls could not have been better (most of the time, they were waiting for ME to reply!) When it came to developing the new site, these guys made it a cinch. They offered many options and example sites for me to pick design elements from and also provided feedback and ideas. I wasn't sure what I wanted the site to look like initially, but they quickly had me envisioning the possibilities. Through the design process, James was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and very detailed with his questions about the site and made sure to tell me what to expect during the process. He was very timely and got things done when he said he would. James read my (sometimes lengthy) emails describing what I wanted, and almost always hit it on the head with the first attempt. At the end of the day, the website does everything we wanted and looks great! James has also helped us since the site went live, after we decided to make a couple changes. Their customer service is excellent. Overall, these guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new website. I plan to use them for another site in the very near future. Thanks again guys!

This has been the most unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest company I have ever worked with.

Couldn't believe how many have been flat out ripped off by other Austin website design company or individuals. Scary! Because of that I did my homework. Called around to a bunch of companies and really did my research. LightHouse really stood out in this particular area. Very professional and personable, answering my questions, explained the process they take, and you can tell that Josh is an expert and been doing this for a long time. He jokes that he was there when Al Gore invented the internet. A little cheesy but believable for how long he and his team have been doing this. I think I remember him saying over 20 years just by himself. The thing that impressed me most were the questions he asked to really understand my vision along with offering suggestions and ideas I never had thought of, nor had any of the other companies suggested. Fast forward, the entire process working with Josh, Linda, Jessica and the rest of the team was so easy and pleasant. I almost wish it wasn't done and over with. I'm excited to be seeing the results with my new site even though Josh and his team said it would probably take a couple of months to really see with traffic to the site. Even more proof of their promise of under promising and over delivering. I will continue to not only work with these guys for a long time, I have become one of their biggest fans, recommending them to everyone I know and anyone looking for a local Austin website designer. I've learned finding the rare gem of LightHouse Graphics is like finding a good and trustworthy mechanic, once you find em you never let em go! Thank you Josh and team, y'all ROCK!
