Went with the Grilled Italian Sausage because pasta on top of pasta is just wrong. Grilled perfectly with a char on the ends! Really good flavor and pairs really well with the sketti/rav mixture. Meatballs cooked right with plenty of sauce. Definite leftover but why be greedy and ask for seconds just to take it home. Single person serving was way more than enough. Then again when my waiter brings extra meatballs and ravioli I am in heaven! Thought about dessert which is a toss up between the Cannoli and the Chocolate Devine. Think perhaps the Italian Creme Cake though. Italian Creme Cake to Go

Years ago, the food was amazing all handmade. Our family had been coming here from years ago. Bill preacher gave my uncle his rosary and told him I am not giving this to you. You were to bring it back and that's one of the first things My uncle did when he came back from World War II . Bill and Betty are no longer there and things have changed, of course because time has changed. However, it was wonderful coming back to reminisce with one of my dearest friends that remembers all the old times before the big remodel. As a matter of fact, my uncle was privileged to get to Cook spaghetti with Bill and my uncle taught us how to do it like they did years ago. As far as our visit today there the waitress was very friendly, but she knew nothing about the history of Petes. When we were checked out, it was the same thing. They were very friendly, but they knew nothing about the history of the place, which is a little sad to me. They have a lot of the memorabilia on the walls, but none of their staff we met knew anything about the history. We did have some food we wanted to take to go. They brought us to go containers however, again back in the day they would have packaged it up for us. I wish this new Petes lots of luck and lots of business. I do wish it was back like it was : same old recipes and learn the history because there was great people years ago that founded this place.

The bar is super cozy at night, and the holiday lights really add to the overall ambiance, cool vibes all around. I didn't stay to dine-in and ordered out instead, but I could easily see myself sitting here playing cards with friends. The pizza was VERY good, and the summertime berry salad was even better (now goes by Strawberry Pecan Salad). Two days later, my friends and I were hungry and couldn't stop thinking about this pizza and salad. So we ordered out again mid day. This time we got a full salad, added chicken, and asked for extra toppings and dressing. Definitely ask for extra, especially if you're sharing, because the normal amount isn't quite enough. I'm a culinary dietitian and meant to ask for their ranch recipe, but totally forgot. Ughhh!! So delicious though! There was a small mix-up with the second order and we had to drive back, but the customer service was great and it was no issue at all to fix. Highly recommend!!!

As a bonus, the pizza was excellent, too. Nice, fluffy crust and plenty of toppings. Definitely stop by if you're in town or driving through.

Of course the minute I realized the hotel didn't have a restaurant... my retirement road trip survival instincts kicked in: "Find closest pet-friendly patio immediately!" And WOW... what a find! Uncork'd Wine Bar absolutely delivered! This locally loved Fort Smith spot is known for its huge wine selection, cozy upscale vibe, incredible patio, craft cocktails, and surprisingly amazing food menu. Spot on. But honestly? The service may have stolen the show. Friendly, attentive, welcoming to the BBoyz... just one of those places that instantly makes you glad you stopped there And when they overheard me mention I forgot my jacket in the car... they immediately brought me the softest blanket to keep warm on the patio Now THAT is hospitality.
