This is some of the best food in all of California. If you have not eaten their food, you are missing out. Easy to find, directly across from Sonoma Valley High School. I have stopped by twice and both times the food was awesome. I had a vegetarian burrito and a breakfast burrito. Cant wait to try something else next time. Service was exceptional. Example: I ordered a large Horchata today, this wonderful young man told me they only have enough for a medium, so told me to get another drink from the cooler to add to the order for free since I had already paid for a large Horchata. AND about paying, my order was $13, I thought I gave him $16 for the food and tip. I stood off to the side and in about 2 minutes the young man was calling me to the truck to tell me I over paids as there were 2 more tens stuck to the one I gave him. I got the fish tacos which were okay, the fish was in larger pieces and difficult to eat in a taco form, but my husband had the burrito and it was delicious. Was it terrible? No. Would I come back? Ehh.... probably also no. I found this place on Yelp and gave it a go due to all the great reviews but I gotta admit.... I was very underwhelmed and actually somewhat disappointed. :-/ I ordered 2 pastor tacos, 2 asada tacos, and a side of rice. I drove off and it wasn't until I returned to work that I realized they gave me beans instead of rice. I discovered this because the bean juice spilled all over the inside of my bag. I can't eat the beans, and even if I could, they didn't look very appetizing.. so that was $4 wasted since I didn't have time during my break to go exchange it. The tacos themselves were okay... for $2.50 each, sure, okay they suffice. Was it the best street taco I've ever had? Definitely not. Wouldn't even make it into my top 5 of taco trucks in regards to actual food quality, to be honest. I will say that service was good and the staff was friendly, not to mention the truck itself seemed very clean and sanitary, which is a major plus in my book during Covid times. The meat was honestly pretty bland, in my opinion. I had quite a few fatty pieces of pastor which I certainly wasn't a fan of. The tortillas were nice and fresh though! This is a great food truck, I go to the high school, and can't leave campus. If you text in an order from the high school they will bring it for you. I always get the same combo tacos, and I always love them. Their have been a few flukes. But overall great food The flukes for me have been missing utensils and napkins on orders, missing lime, not letting me know they didn't have the meat I ordered(I waited all of lunch and sent a senior friend over for them to tell her they didn't know what to do because they were out of Asada). By far my favorite Mexican food truck in town!! The little truck usually can be found across from the Sonoma Valley High School and shares space with the local surf shop.
