I was simply trying to gather the information needed to give my insurance carrier so they can pay the towing and storage fees and arrange to have my motorcycle released from the lot. Instead of helping, they made the process unnecessarily difficult. Their refusal to provide basic information about their location gives off major scam vibes, especially when I'm just trying to locate my motorcycle and resolve the situation while recovering in the hospital.
