My fam and I really enjoyed this tour, Gina our bus guide was very nice and easy to communicate with. This place is great!! And very pretty! The hike to the zip lines we're awesome! Fernando and Edgar are awesome and super fun. A refreshing jump in the super cold water.. but perfect after the hike. Also definitely recommend the food! Very delicious! We had the mar and Tierra and the skewers! Very good portions and great flavor. Anothe plus is that Everyone there is friendly.

This place is a scam. First off to come in here it's absolutely free don't fall for any agency trying to sell you tickets to El Eden you can take a taxi or drive yourself here for free parking is also free. The water here is cold because it comes from the mountains and the water is clean and refreshing. I recommend you wear water shoes there's a lot of slippery, sharp and slimy rock underneath. What bothered me the most was the restaurant here. Service is slow as hell and food is bold. The waiters here are thieves, they might as well wear a sky mask for work. Just because tourism come they think they can tip themself from your own money. I ordered 3 can sodas and came up to 135 pesos payed with a 500 pesos bill and the waiter tipped himself 50 pesos from my change. I was disappointed at the restaurant never again will I go here. A picture with the predator character is $10 picture came out cool. They also have zip lining there it's $80 US dollars expensive as hell. I would just come and go in the water for a bit and that's it I wouldn't recommend the restaurant or zip lining at all. 0 stars for this place scammers

I can't say enough good things about our experience here. From start to finish, we had such a great day! We started out with a fabulous tequila tasting and it was some of the most flavorful and fun tequila we've ever had and the host was so funny! Then we went on to the zip line area and we had the best day zip lining! I went with a group of 4 and half of us hadn't been zip lining before. Our tour guides were wonderful at explaining everything and helping us along the way. There were 11 zip lines in total and you start slowly hiking up a mountain to do them all. It was the coolest experience! After zip lining, we enjoyed a dip in the water, relaxed in the hammocks, and ate lunch at their restaurant. It was adventurous, fun, and relaxing all at the same time. We had the greatest day and the staff was a big part of that! I think everyone should go here when visiting the area!

If I could put more stars I would. Simply heavenly. Loved every second of the tour. First we went around the tourist area. Famous home. Looked at animals. Then we went to a tequileria. We sample honey, grape, different flavored tequila. After we went to el eden. Most wonderful place. The zipline was so much fun. It was so high. Yet they made our visit the most fun. I definitely would go back as soon as possible. Best experience EVER!!WEnt to Hawaii. Compare to there this place is incredible. The places are nicer and the people so nice and welcoming. Hawaii people are so rude. And they make it difficult for you to go anywhere.

The zipline activities was great just you need to prepare for hiking up the stairs. I book this zip line activities while in downtown Puerto Vallarta for $25 per person. We meet them up at XOXO convenience store near my hotel Hard Rock Cafe at 9:45AM. The bus came pick us up and about an hour ride to the canopy. The bus had no AC and open windows. The road to the Zip line was bumpy and long. Once get there you are not allowed to bring anything with you to the zipline. No personal phone to takes your own pictures as you will purchased it later if you likes. I brought a package of 4 people for $40 and the pictures was send to my email after 2 days. This zipline requires you to be in shape for a hike up the hill with hundreds of stairs. Almost to the end of the zipline there was water to drink. Overall, some staffs were nice and helpful while other just want their jobs to be done! This Zipline is great for Kids 7 years old above. My kids enjoy it so much and it was their first zip-line.

Starts out making sure you hit local stands for pop/water and snacks which you don't need. Trail up is very bumpy which we had a good time with. They make big production of Lysoling your helmet yet when we got to predator site they rented out out ATVs and let the people wear our helmets. The rain started to pour but we had to eat for them to bring out ATVs and helmets back. Ride down in the rain was a blast. Be prepared for them to want big tip at end. I gave $20 and they harassed me for more. ....even though I gave more than other people.

If this place was at the bottom of a mountain I would not recommend it, but the experience of getting up the mountain and then swimming in the waterfall was pretty memorable. We took horses up the mountain which was an adventure. When we got to the top, there was a waterfall area, a swimming hole and a little restaurant. We had a few beers and some guacamole but it did not seem super clean as it's at the top of a mountain and I don't think they have too many resources. The tour guides also tell you that you will see the predator movie set, but this is a little deceiving as you have to pay extra to see the big parts of the set. There is a helicopter that you can see far away but it was not a big part of the tour. There is also zip lining for a fee. We did not do it because I'm not sure how safe it was. I would say if you are questioning whether or not to go... you should go. At least once! Prob don't need to go multiple times. Horses were fun but I think that taking ATVs up the mountain would have been more comfortable.

The food was delicious, my daughter loved playing in the river, and we got to hold a toucan, a lemur, and a marmoset. Overall, a fantastic experience at a reasonable price! Something to be aware of--the seats on the boat aren't very comfortable and my back and hips hurt a lot by the time we were halfway across the bay. Our guide told us "go order your food, then go enjoy your photos with the animals while you wait for your food" this was smart advice. I am not one that is a huge fan of animals, but I will say that the staff was very friendly and really was patient with us and the animals. The food was amazing! It may be a little pricer than other areas, but you are paying for the experience with the animals too. There is no cell reception at this location, and there are signs to swim at your own risk in the water below the restaurant. I really wish I could have done a canopy tour that included the zip lining as it looked awesome from afar! But I was still happy to settle for eating sat the restaurant and interacting with the animals. I'm saying this a lot because when safety matters, you want to know that people are trained for their jobs. We had a highly skilled captain, very entertaining and informative tour guide and many helpful deckhands. We snorkeled (clean equipment), bird watched, saw many whales, sea turtles and went to a secluded beach. All food and drinks provided were tasty and abundant. Heads up - they will mess with you. Expect them to shake the lines! Lol. The ziplining tour included a ride up the mountain, brief instruction, a restroom and restaurant stop, 9 courses of lines, and a good hike, totaling about 3.5 hours. It was worth the cost, and the experience was very pleasant, despite my fear of heights. I also appreciated the purified water bubbler and rest area at some of the stops, as it allowed us to catch our breath and hydrate. The optional photo package and cost of lunch at the end was kind of pricey though (photos: Mex $1150, lunch for 5: Mex $2553) but you are not allowed to bring your phone, so it's the only option if you want photos. I think the only improvement would be more communication about where and when to look at the camera. A lot of my shots caught me facing the other way, which was kind of a waste, having paid so much for pictures, and I feel like that could have been easily corrected with some instruction.

The tour started at the Estigo facility in town and we were escorted out of town by the Estigo guides. As the sun dips below the horizon, you're carried toward a secluded paradise accessible only by boat--an untouched stretch of coastline where the evening's magic quietly awaits. Upon arrival, the experience shifts into something almost ceremonial. Guests are welcomed with warmth and intention, guided along torch-lit pathways that wind through lush jungle surroundings. The soft glow of candles, the rhythmic sounds of nature, and the gentle hospitality create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and sacred--a beautiful nod to the region's cultural roots and reverence for the land. The first bit of the ride is through city streets to get to the road up the mountain. The cobblestones of PVR gave way to dirt roads and some paved areas at smaller towns along the way. After an hour or so, we stopped at a small bar/restaurant and enjoyed a beverage by a waterfall. We had a great conversation with Agustina about traveling. The road up the mountains has some holes and some puddles so you have to pay attention, and we occasionally encountered some traffic (mostly other ATV tours or buses) and a bull, a donkey, a cat, and several dogs. The speed bumps in the residential areas can sneak up on you, too! The views of the mountains are beautiful and you spend a lot of time running along the Cuale River.
