Thorough, clean, friendly, quick, handy location. Discounts for return business and sometimes on waxes, etc. good gift shop both car related items and etc.

Ok, I get it-- this is a car wash -5 stars? Tired of quick and dirty car wash joints that leave your car looking only marginally better after a $25 wash? Suggest you try El Estero. Been coming here frequently and almost always amazed at how good a job they do consistently. 4 or 5 people on the car the minute it's out of the brushless wash. Windows always sparkle in and out. Wheels ditto. I always ask them to power wash the wheels and the wheel wells. Car wiped off head to toe. Even the back is extra vacuumed where my pup hangs out. Note; el Estero is the only full service wash on the Monterey Peninsula. One would think they'd cut corners because they are the only game in town. No so, if anything they go the extra mile and take nothing for granted. The work crews bust their chops. It's hard work. Always smiling. Next time think about a tip. This is one business where they really earn it,

$28 for this? Didn't even bother to vacuum behind my seat, and I only have a two-seater. What a ripoff!

I went in Monday morning at 8:30am to get my jeep washed cause it was being traded in. I essentially cleaned it before, but I wanted an extra clean because I was turning it in that morning. I got the best wash and interior they had paid and waited for my car. When the car was ready, I gave the man the receipt and a cash tip. I got inside my car so it didn't look any different. I ran my hand across the dashboard and my hand was black. Everything was still gross looking and dusty so I pulled out went around the block and went back in and asked. Hey my car is still dirty. They wiped down just the dashboard even though everything else was dirty still and said they were done. I'm highly disappointed and feel like I didn't get any type of service, but it didn't look any different from what I had already done. Highly disappointed, and even after I went back, they still didn't care or address the issue. I will definitely go to del Rey Oaks car wash moving forward.

I've passed this car wash for years & finally stopped in today cause my car was dirty!! you drive in & several employees around guiding you, you pick what you want & they print out a receipt, you bring the receipt inside to pay, its a bit pricey, $34 for a full service in & out, they weren't too busy today, i enjoyed a cup of coffee while i waited, i was probably there 30 mins, nice waiting room inside & a few places to sit outside, nice experience, plus they did a great job

I dread to think was silver or bronze would look like .. assume they add dirt for bronze !

Took the car down Sat 16th first thing ~8.30am, had a couple of people cleaning up the car, nobody inspected the job at completion, I could see it wasn't a great job but honestly it was passable on the side I was standing AND it's not my place or attitude to go all picky and tell them how to do their job !.. Got it home, attached are a few snaps of the car on the side I wasn't standing !.. (roads perfectly dry as an fyi so this was as it left the car wash).. the service I paid for was the Gold.. honestly speaking it took me 30 mins and some scrubbing to finish the car off, it was no better than running through an auto wash in a fuel station and finishing it myself and that's $10 .. Inside was the same issue, mats vacuumed but dust all over the dashboard still .. Oh and they must recycle their water as we hat to vent our garage seeing as the water smelled of fart !... Tardy job, not returning EOM

Not vacuumed

And they ruined a cable my husband had in his car. He spends over $100 a month here. The staff are too busy socializing with each other to do their jobs. I bought him another cable, if they ruin this one I will be demanding they replace it. Totally unacceptable. Charge $30-$50 for a car wash and then ruin your possessions in the mean time? Not ok.

Center console not wiped down or vacuumed

I went here on 7/26 and it was awful. After spending $34 on service, I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the inside myself. I purchased the exterior/interior gold packageI was really disappointed and surprised that my center console and my whole cab was not wiped down at all. The inside hardly even looked vacuumed. The outside had spots I had to wipe down. It wasn't busy there but seemed like they really rushed on doing my car or just didn't want to do a thorough job. Very frustrating. I won't be going here again.

Decent price for a hand-wash... could be a little more thorough but for a few bucks more than an automatic wash it's worth the cost.

I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

I had a really disappointing experience with Real Bros Auto Pros…read more I scheduled an appointment to have my window tint removed and replaced. This wasn't a small inconvenience--I took a full day off work (costing me about $700), drove over an hour to get there, and spent a good amount on gas since my car gets terrible mileage. When I arrived, I spoke with Alejandro--the same person who set up my appointment. After looking at my car, he refused to do the job. What really frustrated me was his reasoning: he admitted they are not capable of installing tint without leaving dirt, dust, or debris under the film. That completely contradicts what he told me when I first booked. I specifically asked about the quality of their installs, and he assured me they had zero tolerance for dirt or debris. That's the only reason I trusted them with the appointment. So I lost a day of income, time, and travel expenses for nothing. To make matters worse, Alejandro said he would Zelle me $100 to help cover the wasted trip and inconvenience. That never happened. Bottom line: poor communication, wasted time, and broken promises. I would strongly recommend finding a shop that is upfront about their capabilities and respects your time.

If you're looking for a qualified, experienced auto detailing and auto stereo guy, Jim Alconaba…read moreshould probably be on your list, but if you're considering any significant auto body repair or paint work, you'd be well advised to look elsewhere. Jim did a very minor body repair job for me over ten years ago, and I stayed in touch with him since then. In 2023, I asked him if he could repaint my car roof top. He said with confidence that he could, and quoted me $1,500. I didn't think to get another quote, as the price seemed reasonable and I'd had previous business dealings with him. My car roof had pretty significant "bubbling" with underlying rust along the front edge of the roof where the roof meets the top of the windshield. There were also some other areas on the roof with scratch marks. Jim's pretty much a " one man show" who shares space in an industrial tilt-up style building. There is no formal paint room with special lighting etc. His brother wound up doing the work, which took a bit longer than originally stated since he wound up doing some additional work (new headlight assemblies, a roof rack trim cover, plus labor) for which he did get my prior approval. The final bill was close to $2,200 which was paid in full. The finished job looked great; however, the "bubbling" has recently reappeared. The job was apparently not done correctly the first time, or the problem would not have resurfaced. I'm now having to spend an additional $300.00 to $400.00 to have the entire edge done over, this time by a qualified, experienced local paint and auto body company, well staffed with the necessary resources and facilities. In summary, Jim's a good guy who is well intentioned and who does quality work in detailing and car stereo installation, but on larger jobs his resources and capabilities are stretched a bit thin, which in my case, led to a less than desirable outcome. Lesson learned.
