Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. The exterior of this Jimboy's in heavily uncared for, is run down in appearance and does not reflect the exterior of a single Jimboy's I have ever frequented. My husband asked if we were in the right place! I would not recommend this location and advice to keep your money for a different establishment. The employee at Raising Cane's said we needed to come inside to fill up the 9 sodas, and that it was rude to expect them to fill up the sodas on a large order. We kept this order simple and all the sodas were the same. We told her that the line was so long, she'll have plenty of time to get them ready by the time we got to the window. It seems out of spite she filled all the cups to the tip top with ice, and I kid you not, 3 sips of soda in the cups. Also one of the meals we got only had about 10 French fries, and the Cole slaw was dry cabbage with no dressing. The services was horrible, the experience was horrible, the food and drink as a result was a disappointment. There was no customer service or consideration during this whole process, and left a bitter taste. Will not be going back any time soon to be treated like an inconvenience by the staff.
