My first time having the fajitas at this establishment and the were what you'd expect but delicious! I didn't really care for the beans...but I'm also pregnant and that probably had something to do with it. My husband love them though. My only criticism would be to sweep the floors during a dinner rush. They were indeed busy and drinks and food came out in a timely manner, the floors just got a bit neglected. Went for lunch with a friend and left wondering why we hadn't come here sooner! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in to meet my friend, who was already seated. They were especially thoughtful in asking if we needed a different table for easier access since I had my son in his car seat. We both started with cocktails -- my friend had the Watermelon Basil Kiss, which was refreshing and flavorful, and I ordered a dirty martini that was perfectly made. For lunch, I enjoyed the teriyaki salmon bowl, which was absolutely delicious (and made me wish I could recreate it at home). The service was great! Our waitress was a rockstar, not only was she on top of service she was also taking phone calls and bartending. Restaurant itself is a little older in ambiance, but made it feel comfortable and welcoming. My husband got the beef enchiladas and loved them! Love this place! We used to go to a different local Mexican restaurant near by more, but this has become the regular spot. Has a little more authenticity than the other restaurant. The Al pastor is great, love their green and red salsas, ceviche, pozole, wet burritos and hard shell chicken tacos... yum! Service is usually good and will continue coming here. read more

This is our go to for quick but good Mexican food. Brightly lit with a combination of booths and tables. My usual for a quick meal is three lengua tacos. It comes street style with onions a cilantro. It's always great. I've had their chicken enchiladas as well and they're also good. The staff are nice and they recognize regulars. It can get pretty busy on the weekends between 6-8. read more

When I moved to Wingfield this Fiesta Mexicana was my go-to with the kids for a quick bite and was the closest place to dine for tacos, taquitos, nachos and siete mares. The kids loved their carne asada tacos here. I enjoyed their taquitos and snacks. When I felt crummy I would order their siete mares and added extra spice at home. It was always quiet when we dined in and never had any issues when we placed to-go or delivery. Ambiance is cute and felt cozy. I enjoyed this spot and their service. It's busy here for a reason after all. I especially love that they don't make their beans with lard or their rice with chicken stock. Wonderful location in the Raley's Shopping Center on Vista Blvd. Large parking lot. Great little Mexican restaurant with Happy Hour and daily meal specials. This small restaurant always seems to be filled with people. Every table was full when we entered. Several people came in to pick up orders to go. We had to wait for a table as it was incredibly busy. All the wait staff was friendly. My son and I tried the Happy Hour Margaritas. They were a bit strong. We got chips and salsa and ordered some guacamole to go with it. The chips were good and addictive. The guacamole, and fajitas were delicious. My son loved his flautas. read more

Every time I eat here, I have a good experience. The food is tasty, the service is friendly, and prices are fair. They have added Birria to the menu, so I will have to try that! Service is invariably solicitous yet unhurried--not an easy balance to achieve and maintain; the ladies who serve us are genuinely very sweet. I had the perfectly prepared grilled butterflied shrimp (camarones de la plancha); the shrimp was lightly basted in seasoned butter and grilled in-shell to succulence. Hubs had the beef fajitas, sliced beef assertively and perfectly seasoned, served with heaps of green & red bell peppers and onions. Both were surprisingly generous portions, and there's still a large snack of leftovers in the fridge. The pricing is very reasonable, our lunch came to $41 & change. Carnitas!! Holy moley, they're good here. Crisp edges and fork tender - just juicy enough. Fabulous flavor! My daughter had chicken enchiladas verde combo and liked them a lot. Horchata is so yummy here too; plus they even had flan!! I've been eating Fiesta food for years and am overjoyed to have them back open after all these years! This is our second time in since they reopened and the service is super friendly and quick. I called in for pickup around 5:15 on a Friday and it was busy, but I allowed plenty of time so pickup was smooth. They take cards but I have asked for Apple Pay; seems like that might be a challenge with their system? My standby used to be the shrimp tacos because the sauce is on those incredible! They weren't as spectacular as I remember, but the sauce is still on point. Still a solid choice. I prefer the green salsa to their red which is pretty spicy. The beans are perfectly cooked as is the rice. Portions are hearty; all in all it's easily two full meals for us ladies. This is the first restaurant I ate at when I looked at moving out here and I'm so grateful it's back because it just doesn't feel like home around here without it! We went early on a Saturday night around 5:30. It was very busy but we got a seat. We haven't been since it reopened after the fire. Our friends say they order take out monthly. It's a favorite spot of theirs. Food was tasty. Service was friendly. Husband's veggie burrito was just ok. Wasn't served with any sides or color on the plate. I had the chicken chimichanga. It was just ok. The friends ordered fajitas and 2 tacos. They were happy. I'd like to give more stars although, I wasn't wowed. Something is missing. I can't put my finger in it.
