The parking area is really tight, and hard to get in and out of it, but I still give them 5 stars because that doesn't effect the high quality of service and competitive pricing being received here. The only real issue I've ever had is that they're only open when Pacific Tire is open, since they are located behind PT and share the same driveway: still not enough reason to drop them to any less than 4.5 stars, so I'll round up as I am an optimist.

You need to separate the recyclables( plastic, aluminum and glass ) . It is much easier if u do thus beforehand in separate bags when u come here. Bring bins inside area for weighing and have your ID . Staff person will give you receipt and you can walk across to the cashier did get your money. This is my go to recycle center from now on!

Excellent experience with Unicorn Recycling today! I called around all over town to find a…read morereasonable/fair place to recycle some copper pipe scrap that was left over from a home re-pipe. Everyone else in the area wanted to offer me only half or less of what the current market rate was for #2 Copper (Class A) tubing. I called Unicorn and a delightful women answered the phone and was able to directly quote a (very fair) price to me right over the phone (only pennies under the current market rate) ... that's outstanding customer care and service! When I arrived at the location, the staff member who I met at the recycling area was quick, kind and assisted me with removing the material from my vehicle; he was easy to understand and very friendly. I told him that I had received a quote and he asked me what it was and honored the quote I was given. This has got to be, hands down, the easiest and best experience that I've ever had with a scrap material recycler! I will totally use this company again for any/all of my recycling needs and can wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for knocking it out of the park! You guys rock!

This is my local laundromat, and I've overall never had a problem.. but today I noticed the 90…read morepound machine was accepting quarters and not counting them. I can't prove it other times, but I've always had a feeling because there's times where I show up with a certain amount of money and at the end I have to go get more money to dry my clothes.. but once I realized today, it was happening again. I pulled out my phone and recorded the machine doing it twice! So essentially you put a quarter in I can hear it hit the bottom of the coin catcher but it's still asking for the same amount of money prior to putting the cord in.. I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!

So I made sure that I was there leaning over so I can see how much my stuff was weighing. My aluminum weighed 14.5 and when I got the receipt it was 10.0. So they are being totally dishonest. She tried to say that the basket is a fee of two. I never heard that before. So now I have to find another place to go because I know, without a doubt, they are putting the extra money in their pocket.
