If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on publicly listed information, Coin OP Laundry Lavanderia in La Mirada⁠ advertises hours until 10:00 PM daily.

Then when it's correct, they give you an appointment to come back. It's all done very professionally and the quality of the work is very good. Although it ended up being much more expensive than I thought, we now have two dresses for me and one excellent suit for my guy. And all of them fit perfectly! This is hands down one of my favorite places to do laundry. I have machines at my apartment but they don't hold that much and my clothes don't get as clean compared to when I do it here. I usually come here at night to avoid the crowd but they still have a lot of signs with covid precautions so everybody still stays 6ft apart even when it's busy. There's plenty of space and areas to fold my clothes and the entire store is really clean and bright. Honestly a great place to get clean clothes and I've never had any complaints with this spot read more

I've been doing laundry at this location for 17 years, however, the new owners have done an excellent job in remodeling. This is a very clean laundry mat, very secure and the they are super friendly and always looking for ways to improve. If your in the area give this laundry mat a try. read more

This laundromat is a great place to go to wash your clothes, it has air conditioners,ceiling fans, they als have $1.50 washing machines, and good dryers. The owner is very nice, they also have a soda machine; tv's & I get to watch my soap opera: General Hospital. read more

This is by far the best laundromat Ive seen, with new machines, very clean, brightly lit and in a safe area. Next to food places, grocery store, three TVs and never bored while doing laundry. Wonderful friendly owners who work hard to keep it clean. read more

I can't prove it other times, but I've always had a feeling because there's times where I show up with a certain amount of money and at the end I have to go get more money to dry my clothes.. but once I realized today, it was happening again. I pulled out my phone and recorded the machine doing it twice! So essentially you put a quarter in I can hear it hit the bottom of the coin catcher but it's still asking for the same amount of money prior to putting the cord in.. I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!
