You could post a better sign that says when last wash is...you have a piece of Blue Painters tape with the time of last wash...not clearly visible, especially at night. The attendant waited for me to start the wash and when I came outside to sit in my car he said last wash is 9:30 and it's 9:37pm. I said to him why didn't you tell me before I started the washers (2), I would have left and went to another laundromat. I have been here before in the evening and he wants everyone to leave by 10:30pm so he can get out at 11:00, that time I was folding clothes and almost done and he stood behind me, he could have been on the other side of the laundromat cleaning and by the time I was done folding my clothes he could mop that side and be done. You also need to get other things in you laundromat, like soap, bags, powder bleach and things like that but all I seen is soda machine. read more

Let me start off with I'd rather did laundry in my apartment complex with one washer and waited all day to wash 5 loads. The facility here is quite dirty I could see why it's pretty empty. I usually go to another laundry mat but unfortunately that was fully packed and I could see why it is well taking care of somebody on the facility always cleaning up and sanitizing. I cannot say that about this place. I feel like after washing my laundry I have to rewash it again at home because there is so much trash hairs and stuff on the floor. This place is big enough and I like that it's not expensive but they could really work on Maintaining the property and cleaning around here. There was no paper towels and no hansoap to even wash your hands. At least sanitiziner. Im not a Germaphobe but at least something. The trash was full, really horrible. 0 stars. I've been coming here for 12 years and these con artist continue raising prices for the last two months. What use to be 3.50 to wash raised to 4 dollars and then 4.75. They try to be sneaky with the dryers (which do not even dry) which use to dry 12 minutes for a quarter, then they modified the time to 10 minutes forcing you to put in another quarter, today I discovered they lowers the time to 8 minutes for a quarter. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, DO NOT GIVE THESE CON ARTIST OR ANOTHER LAUNDRY FACILITY YOUR MONEY!!! I came here for a late wash and put my clothes in a washer that was less than a full load. I came back in the store from being in my car while I waited for the washer to stop I noticed my washer was open the worker then approached me and said that I over filled the washer and that the washer was making a noise. I then explained that the noise was there already and that the washer wasn't that filled... I then asked him for the equal amount of change to put my clothes in another washer nearby and he didn't want to due to it somehow being my fault of the faulty equipment. As he wanted me to spend another $3.50 on another machine. He insisted I called the store manager to ask for a refund or same amount of change to use on another washer when I'm sure he could've just gave me the same amount of change when the end result would've been them still not giving away money as it would've just went back into there machine... read more

I just recently moved out of Whittier and still have my washer and dryer in a storage so when it's time to do laundry I love coming to this spot. By far this is the cleanest laundromat I've been to. Everything looks so organized and very clean. The owner Steve is very friendly and always keeping everything looking nice. I asked him if they had free WiFi and immediately said yes and gave me the password for it. I noticed he was greeting everyone that came in. He saw a young lady struggling with her basket full of clothes and offered to help her out. If you live in the area and haven't tried this spot, I recommend you try it. Machines are always very clean. They close at Midnight every day but there's a little sign that says last wash at 11pm. Highly recommend this place. read more

I've lived in Whittier most of my life and I hate going to the laundry mat. However with that said when I have to go this is my go to place. Especially now that it's all remodeled. Price is the same as if you were to go to a run down one however I save on drying. It's really kept up, washer leave my clothes clean and dryer temperature is great. 20 minutes to dry a load compared to other places where it take twice as long. They even have 3 LED TV to enjoy, USB connection and free WIFI. If you need to wash big loads they have the machines needed. I prefer to go during the week in the evening not too many people and I'm in and out in an hour and a half. read more

This is the cleanest Laundromat I've ever been to. There is always staff there who is always cleaning and picking up after things. They are very helpful and remember you when you go back which is refreshing. And they are open until MIDNIGHT! Can't beat that. So this is my 3rd time here and I like washing here. It's pretty clean, for the most part. Some kids to the bigger washers have mold. Not such a pleasant sight. Hope those get cleaned up. The parking lot is small. A good time to wash is super early from 6am-12p or late at night. Mid day gets crazy in the lot and most washers are being used. It's not a very big laundromat. The man that works here is really nice. He's always smiling and even sounds nice when you ask for something. He didn't say anything about us having our dog in here either. That's such a plus for me because I don't want to leave her home alone and it gets too hot in the car so thanks to this place for the extra comfort. read more

I did two loads of laundry at this LC Starwash Belverly & Norwark Blvd yesterday evening. I feel safe at this place because it is well-lit and super bright. There're at least 5 giant TV's on all sides of the wall. It is super clean! The bathroom is even cleaner than at my place! You can wash anything here. The washer price ranging from $1.50, $2.00, $3.00... to gigantic 90 pounds machine for $6.75 per wash. See my pictures. The place also has plenty of fast-foods that I could grab a bite if hungry-- WingStop, Pho, Jersey Mike's, Subway, Starbucks, pizza and many others. This laundromat is definitely my first choice . This place used to be Beverly Launderland. I came here once back then and was absolutely disgusted with the whole experience - roaches and a musty smell that I just couldn't get out of my nose or my clothing! I saw it got a new name and decided to give it another try, assuming it was under new management. It's not. It's the same management and they have all the same problems! The nasty smell is still clinging in the air, waiting to make your clothes smell worse than before you washed them, and there's still roaches. Where are the roaches even coming from? I thought the roaches last time were an isolated incident - maybe someone accidentally brought one in with their laundry or something - but it was not. Yet again, I had to take my clothes elsewhere to wash. Bottom line: They tried to make it seem like a new place, but it's all to cover up the fact that it's still mildew and roach infested. read more

The place is great always clean always nice and always a machine available! However the guy that works here is very much in need of some customer service skills! I've come here for at least 4+ months and I always see him confronting customers about something or other and he stops letting people in around 10pm or so! He seems nice enough but he just doesn't know how to deal with people! I haven't bumped heads with him yet but I'm sure I will he seems adamant in arguing sometimes. I would suggest someone come with him so he's not alone and have someone who despite me not saying this in any disrespectful way speaks English a little better than he does I feel like this is a major reason why he's so confrontational with the customers. I will continue to come and this establishment will continue to have my business but for the well being of this person I would suggest something happen soon as you know it's pico Rivera not Beverly Hills so people tend to fix they're own issues here and that's what I've seen having lived in pico Rivera 28 years!
