This is my local laundromat, and I've overall never had a problem.. but today I noticed the 90 pound machine was accepting quarters and not counting them. I can't prove it other times, but I've always had a feeling because there's times where I show up with a certain amount of money and at the end I have to go get more money to dry my clothes.. but once I realized today, it was happening again. I pulled out my phone and recorded the machine doing it twice! So essentially you put a quarter in I can hear it hit the bottom of the coin catcher but it's still asking for the same amount of money prior to putting the cord in.. I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into! read more

Coin machines have taken money from me before and dryers have stolen quarters. I thought it was just a one off but other dryers have stolen money from me. I just wouldn't recommend to avoid a headache. read more

Very dirty. I am convinced that the person who left a 5 star review right before mine was paid. It looks like the older gentleman who takes care of the place tries to maintain but is not detail oriented. Machines need a lot of TLC but expected for the low prices. A 30lb washer is $3.75 which I think is on the lower side. They have another location off of Beverly and Norwalk and are about the same. It also looks like as a whole the people who come here don't try to do much to help maintain the environment. If you need to wash things that won't go on your body it's a cheap place to do that. read more

Avoid! Homeless go in and try to steal your clothes from the dryers (I've caught them stealing my clothes). Also the machines take your quarters and the attendants get annoyed and act like it's your fault when you bring it to their attention. And the place is quite often packed with no dryers available after washing your clothes. And the people from the barbers next store are always smoking pot in the parking lot (not kid friendly at all). Again I would avoid this location and find a laundromat elsewhere. read more

Worse experience of my life. I felt discriminated by attendant or owner (Older Asian Male, slim built). I was harassed while exchanging dollar for quarters. I was told to wash here or go home,l. If it wasn't for the two loads that were washing I would have takin my business somewhere else. read more

They have HOT WATER but it is in a terrible area‼ I kind of don't feel safe here so I will not be back. What a shame.

The machine took my money and I told the lady who works there that it took it. And she said there was nothing she could do about it when I ask her if I can get my coins back she said no that it wasn't her fault and walked away. Would not recommend washing here read more

This is the first time I have ever went to a laundromat in my life and I'm happy it was here! The two managers were walking around cleaning non stop while I was there! There is only one reason I ever need a laundry mat, and that's to wash items that can't fit into my laundry at home. First I went inside to get the basket and roll it to my car, since I was bringing 3 dog beds which are a bit heavy when you carry all of them at once. The baskets aren't allowed outdoors. Fine. So I carried them in and dropped them in an open corner while I went to get more quarters from the change machine because the biggest washers are expensive - $6.75 per wash. So after I get another $10 in change so I had enough to wash all 3 separately, I notice the attendant standing over my stuff speaking Spanish on her cell about how I'm trying to wash a bed that's too big. Mind you I'm in front of the 90 pound washer which I have used to wash the beds (separately, obviously not all 3 together) at another laundry mat. So she starts rather belligerently asking me how big the beds are (what answer would you like me to give you? Dimensions? Weight? I have no idea, you're looking at them too, lady!). Then when I told her I didn't know, she says something else on the phone and then hands it to me and says "It's my manager." So I proceed to hear from the manager, who isn't there, who says that my items are too large for the washer. I explain how I've used 90 lb washers for the beds (again, SEPARATELY) before, but she basically tells me that they are going to break the machine, so sorry but I can't use their facility. After I hang up and give the attendant her cell phone back, she proceeds to tell me how she would totally have let me do it, but her manager said no. Okay, then next time don't call your manager on me in the first place! I was shocked that my business was turned away. I was appalled at the rudeness with which I was approached and spoken to. I guess if you don't have to interact with the staff at all, then maybe this place would be fine. But I will never go back there again to be treated like I'm stupid. I highly suggest you find somewhere else to do your laundry. And oh by the way, I'm writing this while sitting at a smaller laundry mat washing my dog beds in 60 lb washers. But the 90 lb washers are too small, right? read more

Kind of in a ghetto area. Facilities are dirty. Lots of build up from the powder soap people use. The machines look maintained enough.

I've been coming here for years and one thing I will say is that you'll never be bored here. There's always some form of entertainment! Whether it's a crack head causing a scene or fight with the neighboring businesses or the cashiers at the 711 fighting with customers lol. But everything is clean and it's 2.00 for 2 loads and 25 cents to dry! read more

we just move here, so all of us decide to new the new laundromat, this place is really nice, the owner are very friendly, very professional, we forgot the soaps for the wash and she help us our with the soaps, they also had a lot of camera, and there new schedule is really helpful for people with late work schedule, they open early and closed late, also there is free WiFi, not many place offer it, and the speed is decent fast. 5 out of 5 read more

I've been coming here for a while now because it is conveniently located near my home. I visit sometimes every week. During my last visit I came across a washer that was not working. I right away looked for any personnel on the site, but also located a phone number listed in yelp under the laundry place name. I called and a nice couple answered. I spoke to the man first and then a lady. They were both kind and helpful and had someone return the money I had already inserted into the non-working machine. This place is clean, but always crowded and it is hard to find parking. They only play Mexican soap operas on the TV's, so if you don't speak Spanish you need to find your own form of entertainment while you wait. Every time I've been here, there is a lady with about 7 kids, all of whom she lets run around screaming, pushing around people's things. I was even pushed to the side by these kids! And the mother did nothing. Very rude. If it weren't for the people here I would come regularly, but instead I invested in a small, apartment-sized washer so I wouldn't have to deal with other people's ill-behaved children. read more

This place is decent, pretty clean. But it is soooooooo hard to find a parking spot. You can't park even if there is a spot because half of the parking lot belongs to Seven Eleven which is right next to the laudrmat. It is ridiculous because half of the parking lot is always empty, but you can't park there anyways because each space specifically say 7-Eleven parking only. Definitely not a laundormat goer. So I don't really know exactly what I'm looking for. I wasn't BLOWN away by this establishment. My dryer was out and I just needed a good place to go to dry my wet laundry. This place was huge, so I had know problems with obtaining multiple dryers. They also have several dryer size options which I liked. My favorite part was that it was absolutely clean!!!! I always picture laundry places being dirty and grimy and have hear nightmare stories about a few. I had no issue with cleanliness and will definitely return to this location if I ever need to dry my laundry again. :) read more

Always clean!! Machines always work. There signs hanging from the ceiling to orient you to the right load washer. Gets packed on the weekend but relatively empty on week nights. I would recommend this place to anyone that lives nearby. read more

Sometimes more and every time I ask to use the restroom she asks me to show her my washer and dryer so she has proof I'm not just coming in to use the restroom. So annoying. read more

What can you really say about a laundromat? This place is really clean and the equipment looks pretty new and works well. I like that there is a bathroom and a coin machine here. There's usually an attendant and she keeps the place really clean. Parking can be rough sometimes and it can get crowded but it's manageable. Everyone here does their laundry and gets out, I like that there aren't people just lurking like at other places. Check it out if you're in the area and need to do laundry. There's a 711 next door so you can pick up snacks while you wait. This place isn't ghetto. read more
