Apéritivo Hour should draw locals running every day in the bar & patio including drinks & snacks. I wish I had come with a larger appetite because the menu offers a balanced selection of antipasti (starters), zuppa (soup), insalata (salad), primi (housemade pasta), secondi (protein dishes), and contorni (sides). My gracious server recommended a Rosemary Foccaccia (saved for next time) and Wild Arugula salad that was garden fresh in a Texas pecan vinaigrette with snappy pecorino and the most incredible crisped chicken skin as an alternative to traditional breadcrumbs. It was light and fresh with depth and richness, a perfect starter. From cool to warm - a Kabocha Squash Soup made with honeycrisp apple cider topped a tart currant chutney and crunchy roasted pine nuts. Texture was velvety smooth, delicately sweet, perfectly balanced, thoughtfully light to precede later dishes. Dessert a must, ask for house recommendation which rotates. My lovely server remained present and attentive although I was her only patron on the patio - a sign of superb service! I'm looking forward to seconds and main on my next trip.

While the courses were excellent and executed masterfully, I personally love hints of extra seasoning. However, the appetizers were a complete dream. 3. The service was familial yet professional, which is nice to experience at a high end restaurant. It makes me want to return again. While our server was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient -- and initially we were not in a rush for the evening -- I did mention having an uber scheduled for pick up 2 hours after our reservation time and they were a bit loquacious. I guess our main courses were not placed until about 15mins before our uber pick up so we essential took two bites of our dinner and rushed out. By this time the restaurant was packed. I paid cash and conveniently, their register didn't have enough bills to give an exact amount back so I paid an enormous tip. I didn't find that classy, but otherwise it was a great experience!

I have left the Las Vegas area and moved back to Texas my home state. So tonight I was wanting some…read moreItalian food and while I was browsing the places around my new home I came across Luigi's. The menu looked pretty good and the reviews weren't bad so I decided to give it a try. The area I live in is near Ft Worth and Dallas. So between the two cities there are a bunch of littler cities giving the area around me quite a large amount of places to try. It's closer to Ft Worth but in Haltom City which is an old city that was a rival to my high school growing up. Since I have moved back, the old places are not so much a memory as the new places are unknown so I thought I'd give Luigi's an opportunity to impress so I ordered. Service was fairly decent and delivery time was good, about same as with other delivery times. I ordered Diavolo. It is Spaghetti sautéed in a spicy (3 levels of spice) light marinara sauce. Served with warm bread. I got medium spice but what I got was pepper flakes. I added sausages and there were two plumb sausages smothered in the marinara sauce and noodles. The food arrived as promised, within 40 minutes and was still very warm, burned my fingers and my tongue! I had also ordered extra cheesy bread, it too arrived very warm and the cheese the kind that's good and yummy. To top it all off I ordered a turtle cheese cake. Cheese cake topped with pecans and drizzled with Carmel sauce. My meal was very good and I would definitely order again. It's really not too far and would be worth a sit down meal based on what I have ordered today.

The huge clump of cheese on top was burned so badly, that it was like cement and whatever slivers of eggplant that may have been in the dish were completely disintegrated. I have never had something so awful and will never order from this place again. (See pictures and video below) The cheese sticks were cold and the breading was soft and soggy. . . . . TERRIBLE MEAL

We had an amazing waitress in Annamarie who recommended the best drinks and wine pairings with our pasta we made. It was a great setup to be as intimate or socialize as much as you'd like. They taught us how to make pasta and gnocchi from scratch and also sent us home with our dough and some sauce and noodles to cook later ourselves I highly recommend the calamari and brussel sprouts. The calamari was fried perfectly very light but still had the crunch and the crispy sprouts were crispy and had a phenomenal taste with the Parmesan cheese

Loved it again…read more This is our second time here. As luck would have it, Patrick was our server again. He's super friendly and knows the menu well. He got our drinks, then a basket of warm bread with a plate of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Yummy! There were three of us tonight. We ordered as follows: - Capellini with Seafood - Branzino with Garlic Spinach (shared) - Il Modo Chopped Salad Wow - the food was amazing tonight. My wife and I shared the Branzino. It was a huge portion and real tasty. My son had the Capellini with Seafood and loved it. I tried it as well. Loved the spicy sauce. Then we ordered dessert. Here's what we shared: - Stratacelli Gelato - Tiramisu - Cannolis Wow - they were all good. I liked the Tiramisu the best. Note: they keep it well air conditioned here. Consider a light jacket or sport coat. We will return to Il Modo. Thank you kitchen team and Patrick for another great dinner.

So not only do I have sentimental reasons for loving this restaurant so much, but the food is still phenomenal! I'm not sure what has kept me from visiting the new building but I will return wayyyyy more frequently! The ambiance is perfect for a date or nice family dinner. It was date night for me and my boyfriend- no special reason but we were both hungry. There was a piano player which was a really nice touch. We really enjoyed the songs he played. 10/10! Our waitress was very attentive, my glass was never empty of Dr. Pepper, which btw is really good for some reason. Very crisp! We ordered the combo appetizer- fried calamari rings, shrimp scampi, stuffed mushrooms, and everything is separated by a delicious sautéed spinach. This alone stuffed us! Oh my goodness, everything was delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were our favorite- very flavorful and cheesy. The pink sauce is the best! The shrimp scampi sauce was perfect to dip the garlic knots that are brought to the table. And the fried calamari is nice and crispy and tender. You can't go wrong! For our entrees (we were so stuffed we could only eat a few bites) we ordered the lobster ravioli and the Italian trio - fettuccine Alfredo, chicken Parmesan, and lasagna. Unbelievably good! All of the sauces were outstanding on each pasta. I am so glad to have revisited such cherished memories eating at Niki's and I will be back!

The restaurant's really large. You can't tell from outside and the staff is very, very friendly. I am really excited and I hope my food is just as good as everything i've seen thus far. Now, i'm considering the cheesesteaks sub or the shrimp scampi. I will wait and ask my waiter and see what he says and recommends. My half and half tea was really good. The complimentary rolls were okay.(not really hot) I expected more, but they were okay. Well, my waiter recommended the shrimp scampi and that's what i'm going with. The Scampi was ok. I expected more seasoning. Now, Zeke my server was amazing. I hope when you - that he's the man.
