Arugula Salad & Kabocha Squash Soup made
    Stephanie K.

Fine dining sets a high bar, and this venue does not disappoint from start to finish. Entry is elegant without pretension - crisp white table cloths and soft warm lighting indoors and out, with a generous patio facing Burnett Park. Apéritivo Hour should draw locals running every day in the bar & patio including drinks & snacks. I wish I had come with a larger appetite because the menu offers a balanced selection of antipasti (starters), zuppa (soup), insalata (salad), primi (housemade pasta), secondi (protein dishes), and contorni (sides). My gracious server recommended a Rosemary Foccaccia (saved for next time) and Wild Arugula salad that was garden fresh in a Texas pecan vinaigrette with snappy pecorino and the most incredible crisped chicken skin as an alternative to traditional breadcrumbs. It was light and fresh with depth and richness, a perfect starter. From cool to warm - a Kabocha Squash Soup made with honeycrisp apple cider topped a tart currant chutney and crunchy roasted pine nuts. Texture was velvety smooth, delicately sweet, perfectly balanced, thoughtfully light to precede later dishes. Dessert a must, ask for house recommendation which rotates. My lovely server remained present and attentive although I was her only patron on the patio - a sign of superb service! I'm looking forward to seconds and main on my next trip.

I would have given 5 stars because: 1. The venue is absolutely elegant, warm, and stunning. 2. While the courses were excellent and executed masterfully, I personally love hints of extra seasoning. However, the appetizers were a complete dream. 3. The service was familial yet professional, which is nice to experience at a high end restaurant. It makes me want to return again. While our server was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient -- and initially we were not in a rush for the evening -- I did mention having an uber scheduled for pick up 2 hours after our reservation time and they were a bit loquacious. I guess our main courses were not placed until about 15mins before our uber pick up so we essential took two bites of our dinner and rushed out. By this time the restaurant was packed. I paid cash and conveniently, their register didn't have enough bills to give an exact amount back so I paid an enormous tip. I didn't find that classy, but otherwise it was a great experience!

We got there just before close and we're not rushed. Our server was attentive and the food was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

We've had such a great dining experience in the past that we chose to come back tonight to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were genuinely excited -- the food has always been delicious and the atmosphere previously felt lively and welcoming. Unfortunately, while we were in the middle of celebrating and simply enjoying ourselves (nothing outrageous -- just birthday joy), we were told to please be quiet. It completely caught us off guard. We truly didn't realize we were dining inside a library or somewhere that required silent reflection and deep concentration. It instantly shifted the mood at our table. What started as such a fun, special evening felt awkward and uncomfortable. A birthday dinner should feel celebratory -- not like you're being shushed for laughing. We're honestly so disappointed because we've loved this place before. But after tonight, it left such a sour taste that we won't be back. It's frustrating when one moment can completely change how you feel about somewhere you once enjoyed.

61 Osteria absolutely delivered from start to finish. The ambiance is upscale but still warm and inviting -- perfect for the valentines dinner my Fiance planned! We started with the meatballs and focaccia, and wow. The meatballs were tender, flavorful, and rich without being heavy. The focaccia was fresh, soft on the inside with the perfect crisp exterior -- ideal for soaking up every bit of sauce. For mains, the New York steak was cooked perfectly with a beautiful sear and so much flavor. The gnocchi was pillowy and light, coated in a sauce that felt indulgent but balanced. You can tell the kitchen pays attention to detail. And dessert? The tiramisu cheesecake was unreal -- creamy, smooth, with that espresso-forward flavor that ties everything together. The perfect sweet ending. Service was attentive without hovering. Our waiter Brandon was amazing 10/10. He was attentive and definitely was a joy! Pacing throughout the meal was spot on. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and overall experience make it worth it. Already planning my next visit. Highly recommend.

Fantastic, upscale Italian restaurant! Perfect for a special occasion! The interior of 61 Osteria is absolutely stunning! One of, if not the most beautiful restaurants in Fort Worth! Service was also stellar -- incredibly friendly and efficient! To drink, I had the Saturn's Ring, which was perfectly strong and refreshing! We started with the Focaccia and Arancini, which were both absolutely delicious! You can't miss the focaccia! For our mains, we had the Tortellini, Gnocchi, and the Roasted Potato and Brussels Sprouts as sides. My personal favorites were the Tortellini and Brussels, but all of the dishes were so tasty! Everything was definitely rich, so make sure to come hungry!!

If you're looking for exceptional Italian dining in Fort Worth, do yourself a favor and visit 61 Osteria. We chose it to celebrate my wife's birthday at 61 Osteria tonight. She travels to Italy several times a year, so her expectations for Italian cuisine in the U.S. are understandably high. This restaurant didn't just meet those expectations -- it exceeded them. The evening began with a Paper Plane and an Espresso Martini, where our server Travis suggested adding the sweet vanilla cream. Excellent call. From the first sip we knew we were in good hands. The rosemary focaccia was phenomenal. Travis then recommended the Bibb salad -- light, fresh, and perfectly balanced. For the main course, I ordered the Casarecce Carbonara while my wife chose the Rotolo. Both dishes were outstanding and beautifully executed. But what truly made the evening memorable was Travis. His service was exceptional -- attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being rehearsed, and perfectly timed throughout the night. He had an uncanny ability to anticipate what would make the evening special, especially for my wife's birthday. After many travels and dining experiences around the world, it's rare to find a restaurant that excels in both cuisine and hospitality. 61 Osteria delivers both. A special thank you to Travis for making my wife's birthday so memorable. Management at 61 Osteria is fortunate to have someone representing their restaurant with that level of professionalism and care. We will absolutely be back.

Man this place is so good. I came here with my lady for New Year's Eve and it did not disappoint. They took our reservation last minute, which was very kind of them. The place was packed too, which is always a good sign. The service was impeccable and the food and drinks came quickly. Speaking of the food, it was damn good. Prices were just what you'd expect for a fine dining spot on New Year's Eve - little pricey but not crazy. The ambiance was fantastic as well. Really great vibe in there. The bar seating looked great too, by the way, in case you're interested in stopping in for a drink and getting food at the bar. Overall, I highly recommend. Can't wait to go back.

Had a great dining experience and the cocktails made it even better. We weren't expecting an aviation made to perfection but that's exactly what we got. Hats off to Mike and we had to go visit him and compliment his drinks. Great food and great drinks, we will most definitely be back

Rich, creamy Italian for a high class night out 61 osteria is located downtown in a modern space near outdoor art and parks. The vibe is perfect for a date or a celebration dinner. Food is well plated and attractive, the flavors lean towards rich rather than being heavy on spices. The service is attentive. Also, in my experience, they were quite willing to work around food allergies.

    Bistecca Fiorentina (Porterhouse)

Had an amazing Galentines dinner at 61 Osteria. They offer valet parking or you can find parking nearby. The entrance is a little hard to find but there is a sign out front. We made a reservation and were seated right on time. Our favorite appetizers were the focaccia, mediterranean octopus, and the arancini. Everything was seasoned very well and the octopus wasn't chewy at all. The lobster gnocchi had a little spice kick and the bolognese was amazing. We also got a porterhouse and it was a beautiful medium rare. Drinks were good. I highly recommend the Saturns ring (little fruity bubbly sprit) or wine to pair with the meal. We ended the night with the chocolate torta which was very dense and chocolately if you are into that. Service throughout the night was phenomenal. Great spot to try out.

Good service, good drinks, nice location and good food. Little bit on the pricier side but good place for special occasions. Loved everything we ordered but would not order the steak again, just my opinion. Not bad but wasn't anything special either for $70. Overall great experience, would go back again.

Magnolia gets busier every year, and I was confused by the signs in the back lot. After chatting with my server, I learned that parking is free in the back and side lot on weekends, so don't let the red and blue paid parking signs scare you away. The wine bar itself is spacious, with plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere. It wasn't packed, but there were enough people enjoying a bottle of wine and catching up with friends that it felt lively without being crowded. I really liked how the wine selection was displayed on the shelves with information about where each wine was from and the price. Using my passport, I chose a Vinho Verde from Portugal. It was light, crisp, and refreshing, just what I was looking for on a hot Texas afternoon. The service was excellent. My server was friendly, walked me through my options, and kept refilling my water throughout my visit, which was especially appreciated on such a warm day. I also noticed they have a full calendar of events, including live music, sip and paint, and a mimosa bar from 8-11 on Saturdays. What stood out most to me was the location. It's the perfect place to meet friends for a glass of wine before dinner on Magnolia, or to settle in and spend the afternoon people watching and relaxing.
