    Bean tostado
    Nancy J.

Stopped into El Jardin looking for some good, not fancy, Mexican food. And we found it! Very friendly host greeted us and seated us immediately, even though the parking lot was full. I had the small combination of cheese enchilada, bean tostado, then requested a side of beans instead of the taco that normally comes with it. Husband had the Santa Fe Chicken Skillet -- who declared it should be illegal it was so good. Ate every bite of it. Definitely will be returning to try some of their other offerings.

This is out of our way, but we make a trip to come here every so often. We love the ambiance of thelis place it is home and spacious doesn't feel like you are sitting right in top of the next table. Service is always great from when you walk in to the servers. The food let's just say I haven't had anything I haven't loved. One of my guests always gets a stuffed sopapilla with pulled pork which is smoked she loves it, my other guest goes for a chicken burrito he loves them so much sometimes he orders 2, I have had the pork carnitas burrito, the supreme burrito, and I have had my all-time favorite bacon breakfast burrito. The salsa and chips are always great I feel the chips are always fresh. Strawberry margaritas are a go to for me. We will be back time and time again as long as you keep up the great work.

Ambiance - 5 very pretty and excellent music Pozole - 4 personal preference, the meat was chopped really small and I like chunks. I also wish there was more caldo. I wanted some salsa for the pozole and they were going to charge me extra, so I passed. Otherwise, reasonable pricing. Service - 5 super fast and attentive

Yummy and tasteful! Parking lot available on site but it might get full. Friendly hosts and they sat our party of six quickly. We also went around 12PM on a Friday. I got a steak and fries. Steak was cooked to my liking and I thought was tasty! I got two sides and I chose fries for both. Fries were crispy and seasoned well! I'd never had a sopapilla till now so I was glad I got to try it hot and fresh! So light weight and fluffy! Drizzling honey on top was so yummy! I want to go back just for the sopapillas!

Delicious will be returning to try more of the menu! Love all the classic wood look. Very nice location. This plate came with so much food I was happy with the portion!

Brought the whole family for breakfast and it was great! Everyone enjoyed their meal, and we were shocked at the low price. Great food and a great atmosphere. The staff were great as well. I recommend it!

Actual receipt of green chile charged at $3.25 for a melted margarine packet.

My daughter and I went there for dinner, as we have done so often. We were charged $3.25 for melted margarine disguised as green chile. Never Again... Food and service has always been amazing, and this wasn't a new request for the order. Unfortunately, this will no longer be our favorite restaurant, with NO intentions of ever returning again.

    Peach Mojito

We went here on a Sunday morning for a later breakfast, Pablo's chicken enchiladas were delicious of course but what really stood out today was the amazing peach mojito! I believe the bartenders nick name was "Willy", he's a great asset to the El Jardin team! The food was delicious & the service was exceptional as always.

The space feels very Root Down in the best way. Funky, artsy, a little mid century, but still comfortable and not trying too hard. Then the food starts showing up and suddenly the whole table is passing plates around because everyone keeps saying "wait, try this." We ordered a bunch of things and the smoked carrots were probably the biggest surprise for me. I would absolutely go back just to eat those again. The masa birria, diver scallops, and grilled artichokes and asparagus were all great too. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and came with duck fat potatoes, which immediately puts me in a good mood. Dessert also fully delivered. The banana cream pie with black sesame whip was one of those desserts where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. It just felt like a really thoughtful meal from start to finish. Definitely one of my favorite dinners I've had in a while.

There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.

The guys upfront who took my order had a straight face with no hello or anything. I was like "Are you mute?" He absolutely said nothing when I said hi to him so service is NONEXISTENT. I like the ambience or decor however. As the store's name says it all, this place is all about lunch boxes. All sorts of colorful boxes are displayed throughout the store's space. It's like stepping into the world of Marvel or some heavily anime-themed shop. Quite fun. And the food? Not bad either. I got the Beet Poke and the German Potato Salad in the small (8oz) tubs for to go. I tasted both of them taking a few bites out of each as soon as I got back to my car and both are/were a solid (side) dishe for sure. But I still couldn't get over the rude service by that guy upfront (he had some sort of a Day of the Dead face painting). This store could be elevated to a whole another level had their service been solid. Some polishing is required in that regard for sure. Unfortunate that the store's image can be ruined simply by one person's misconduct. I will not return for a while.
