Finding mechanics to work on bikes older than 10 years is hard enough already but what a great place motozone is to get work done. Pricing is very reasonable too. FInding a rear rotor for my 08 GL1800 isnt easy unless i want to drop $912 for an oem one. But after looking through some gently used units and going over which one would be the best Cody took the time to help check them out and advise me which one. ( i know nothing about brakes and rotors and dint want to buy something that potentially had something i couldn't recognize to be bad). So kudos for the time and effort despite how busy they are to help me make sure i purchase the right part even if its not through them. Wanted to get them running great they got me in right away, fixed them all and when I said my bikes were for sale, the owner Joe called me, met him and he was great. Purchased the bikes for his grandkid and one of the other employees purchased the other one. They work was quality done very friendly definitely take my Kawasaki in there for now on and I have recommended my friends to go there. They do great work very communicative.

2.5 months to do a carb job but checked nothing else…read morethey were asked to give the bike a full checkup and i get it back with overflowing water filled coolant reservoir and the bike running off the battery as the charge system wasn't functioning. the 4x4 wasn't engaging. So a 1000 bucks to do a carb job. i don't know this place is a hit or miss. and when you call them to explain what's happening and your disappointment do they try and fix it? no their response is the bike broke between me picking it up and getting it home. Customer service is definitely lacking at this place as i wasn't even asking them to fix it but to at least make it right somehow. Update: so I'm waiting for the part to fix the charging problem and I would start the bike at least once a week and now I started today and fuel just pouring out from underneath the carburetors from the job that they did.

They were also able to diagnose and fix my rugged radio connection issue and also installed my new steering wheel within a week. The also fixed my alignment without even asking and when I picked up my car they had washed it and made it nice and clean. For perspective on my experience: I was one of the owners of the Midas chain here in Las Vegas for 15 years. I had a run-in with a sewer lid that resulted in damage to my 2022 Honda Pilot.
