I still haven't gotten my money back from that. Today 6/7/26, I place an order online for 3 smoothies, promise time was 3:52. I walked in at 3:55 and only 1 smoothie was ready, I wanted a little longer. The store was mildly busy however I wasn't addressed until 4:02 after I had to ask about my other 2 smoothies. The girl behind the counter tried to get me to accept just 1 smoothie even though I paid for and ordered 3 smoothies stating someone already picked up the other 2. She argued me down until I had to express my frustration to get what I paid for. I did not walk out with my smoothie until 4:12.

Haven't figured out which one yet. My final straw was this week. I did a pick up order to grab on my way home from work, walked in and the girls did not say a word to me. They were making açaí bowls, just laughing and acting like I wasn't there. Finally when they put the açaí bowls on the to go counter the brunette asks for my order. I said I have a to go order, and she said they still need to make it. As she starts making it, a man walks in and SAME THING. ignores him and continues playing around, dancing and laughing. While they're making mine, another woman walks in and they ask her what she wants, completely ignoring the man that walked in before the woman. He obviously was frustrated a left. As the blonde was cutting my quesadilla, because they were playing around so much, she dropped the cutter and her and her coworker just stared at the floor. I got fed up and just said I'd cut it at home. I waited in total, 35 minutes for my order. 20 minutes inside for a simple order that was placed when I was over 15 minutes away from the restaurant. It's ok to have fun with your coworkers, but it's not ok when you're ignoring and losing customers.

If you tell them there is no Acai in the base since it is white and not PURPLE, they will threaten to call the police. If you ask them to blend it again, they will say their blenders blades are too dull for a different result. They don't answer the phone. Essentially the new owner came in, purchased the location, and is trying to extract all profit possible before shuttering it and closing it permanently. The touch screens are DIRTY AND STICKY. The surfaces of their work area are absolutely filthy with sticky residue from never being cleaned. And all the while the OWNER/MANAGER is making one single teenager figure it all out. They're basically paying them minimum wage to deal with all the complaints due to BAD MANAGEMENT.
