We stopped here on a late night when we were craving coffee. Sign says they are open 24 hours. We tried their cafe con leche , cheese torta and jamon and queso torta. Everyone was super happy with their choices. They have a massive menu, will definitely be back to try more of their menu. They have an outdoor order window at night, parking was easy and they have a decent size lot. The prices were so cheap..pretty sure the cafe con leche was under $3

A local Latin restaurant in my neighborhood and it's the type of place to drop into whenever you want a nice traditional Latin dish. Food and service is always on point!!!

Absolutely Amazing! Leonarda was our server El Kiosko Latin Café is a true hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm, friendly service that makes you feel like family. The atmosphere is vibrant and authentic, with the perfect mix of cozy and lively Latin vibes. Now, the food--WOW! Every dish is full of flavor and clearly made with love. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful. The guava pastel were perfectly crisp, the grilled chicken was out of this world, and the mango milkshake was the best I've had in ages! What I really love is the attention to detail--they don't just serve food; they create an experience. Everything feels homemade, like a taste of Latin America right here in the city. If you want bold flavors, amazing hospitality, and an authentic experience, El Kiosko Latin Café is the place to go. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, or dinner--you won't be disappointed!

Worst Latin food I've ever had! I ordered on Uber Eats and nothing I ordered looked like the photos presented on Uber eats. I added photos of what I received versus what I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Hopefully they can give me a refund because this is terrible.

El Kiosko Latin Cafe: Where your wallet and your stomach will both leave happy! They pile on the flavor (and the food!) like it's a competition between Latin countries. Shout out to Dayana for always making sure my mom's pan con Bistec is cooked to perfection - she's basically family now. So, if you're looking for a place where you can feast like royalty without breaking the bank, El Kiosko is your spot. ¡Buen provecho!

Cuban & Dominican Breakfast con Salami y Mangu

Pero, que la Vaina? I am SO happy to have found this tiny hole in the wall Dominican/Cuban/Puerto Rican Gem! I love their Mangu and my Husband loves the Mofongo! 1st time, I called ahead and picked up the food. I ordered Mofongo with Lechon for my Husband, I got a Palomilla steak with rice, beans and very well fried plantains, which is the only way I like them; and an order of 4 Beef empanadas. When I arrived only 15 minutes later, the food was ready but they were making the empanadas fresh to order, so nice! We enjoyed the food so much, we came back the following day for breakfast and sat outside to eat. They have inside seating but it is restricted at the moment due to COVID-19. For breakfast my Husband had the traditional Dominican Breakfast with Mangu and Salami. While I ordered the Cuban breakfast that came with scrambled eggs, Cuban Toast, French fries & Cuban Coffee. Needless to say, the food is authentic, served piping hot and delicious. The staff is a delight and I feel good about supporting our local businesses. I will definitely be back and am sure I will be making this a regular pick up spot for my Dominican food desires, lol!

Food was delicious, from appetizer to main entree. Recommendations were made and I went with all of them. Pork belly chunks that were seasoned with salt and pepper, and lemon was added afterward for a little more punch in the flavor. Shrimp creole was delicious. The red beans and rice mix makes you want to keep having more and mixing it all together gives you a flavorful punch in your mouth. Mofongo, aka , masked green plantains are only for those looking for something a little dry with flavor. Mines had steak and it was drizzled with mojito sauce and oil. Our server was excellent and recommended flipping it over to have the juice flow into the mofongo which she went ahead and did.. steak was well done and when mixed in had a great combination of flavor.. Ambiance feels like a local P.R spot, flags, art, music, and very fun ambiance. Enjoyed it. Definitely when I'm in the area will come again..

The food was mixed . - Alcapurrias : 5 stars crunchy, juicy, proper size and flavor. - pork chunks mofongo: 4 stars, great flavor. Huge pork portion. - shrimp mofongo creole sauce: 3 stars sauce was on the saltier side and once it reached the bottom of the mongo it was "just too much" - churrasco (kids): 3 stars. A bit overcooked (kid refused to eat it) but it was decent flavor and tenderness. - beans: 3 stars, too salty - white rice : 1 star, felt dry and grainy like day old rice from the fridge.

The colorful décor and nostalgic touches throughout the dining room create a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels more like sharing a meal with family than dining out. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that they were bilingual, making everyone feel comfortable and at home. We shared the Bandeja La Casa del Mofongo con Tostones, loaded with chicharrón de puerco, chicharrón de pollo, masitas de cerdo, salami, and queso. At $22.99, the portion was incredibly generous and easily large enough to share. The meats were flavorful and well-prepared, with the pork perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. The tostones were fried to perfection! If you're craving authentic Dominican cuisine , La Casa del Mofongo is definitely a place worth adding to your list.

Curious and hungry, we decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in a small shopping plaza, and I have to admit, the dark tinted windows made the place seem a little questionable at first glance. I actually got out of the car to peek inside before committing. Once I saw several people dining and enjoying themselves, we decided to give it a shot. Inside, the restaurant was tastefully decorated with a charming Dominican countryside flair. Even the bathrooms had a playful sense of humor that added character to the place. Service started off promptly, and we were seated right away with menus in hand. However, while browsing the menu, I quickly realized that despite the restaurant's name, there were very limited Puerto Rican options aside from the different varieties of mofongo. The menu was overwhelmingly Dominican cuisine, which was a bit disappointing since we specifically came looking for Puerto Rican dishes. We ordered the empanada de cangrejo to start, which was flavorful and freshly made. We also shared the mofongo with masitas fritas, and I will say the food itself was well seasoned, hearty, and satisfying. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. Our waitress lacked warmth and wasn't particularly attentive. What stood out the most was that she didn't know what sorullos or alcapurrias were, which caught me completely off guard considering we were searching for Puerto Rican cuisine. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the experience didn't fully meet our expectations. If you're looking for Dominican-style mofongo dishes, you may enjoy it. But if you're specifically craving traditional Puerto Rican cuisine, this may not quite hit the mark.

The owner offered us some fresh bread baked that morning since it was our first time there. The bread was fresh, airy, and slighty sweet. A great rendition of a sweet italian loaf. The bacalaito guisado was fantastic. It had yuca, potato (yellow, white, and sweet), squash, avocado on top, as well as plaintain and of course the salted cod itself. It was well seasoned and stuck to your ribs. The empanada de pulpo had perfectly tender octopus and a superior crispy crunchy empanda shell that was the culmination of expertly crafted dough and a fry to perfection. I could not highly recommend this place more. The feel is very homey and they make you feel like one of the fam.
