The chips are not homemade, but still salty and simple. The guacamole could use a little seasoning, but it's chunky and refreshing. Menu also offers tacos with shrimp and a black power taco, which is a vegan taco made with black beans. Overall this food truck has a lot of potential. I do think things could be improved, however. Whenever we order, we always wait at least 25-30 minutes. That in itself isn't the issue--it's more due to the fact several people will come up after we've ordered, get their orders, and leave, while we are still waiting.
