Our washer has been temperamental-- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Anywho, I had been to a laundromat closer to home that was kinda unkept so I decided to try this place based on Yelp pics. What a difference! When I walked in there were dryer sheets tossed about and some random lost socks BUT 5 minutes later a woman walked in to clean! In 20 minutes she: swept, dusted all the dyers, cleaned front of washing machines, wiped down the tables, moped, and organized the laundry carts. The only thing she didn't do was wipe down the chairs---I'm being picky. Anywho, the place is clean, there are multiple priced washing machines ranging from $3.75--$10.25. And the dryers are .25 for 4 min. There are 6 chairs to sit that look clean, vending machines for soap, change machines, and you can pay for each machine with a credit card and plenty of parking. Oh and ready for this? Not a single machine that's Out of Order!!! read more

I should've known better than to come at around 6:30 pm on a Sunday night - yikes! Garbage cans overflowing, Dryer sheets scattered all over the dryer area and the parking not safe for parking. My washer and dryer broke so I tried this place. This place is clean and organized. Very spacious parking lot. They take credit card or quarters. (You don't need to purchase a refill card!) Washing machine is easy to use. However, the dryer is more tricky. To add time for dryer for credit card purchases, you need to click the green button until you get your desired time. There are no written instructions. I was lucky enough to get help from a regular. Minus one star because there are no directions and you have to call the number and wait to get directions. Recommend to bring cash / quarters. I ran out of cash and coin so I use my debit card and the machine ended up charging me an extra dollar. I wish they had a sign letting people know that the machine will charge you an extra dollar when you use a debit card. Spent $25. My first time trying out a wash & fold service and I am more than happy with the experience. First, I sent a message through Yelp inquiring about pricing and I received a response immediately. Second, I called the young lady that does the service, Maria, who responded within an hour. I dropped my laundry off on Monday and it was ready by end of business day Tuesday. Maria allows you to pick your laundry requirements (detergent, softeners, whitener, etc.) and asks if you have any particulars you would like to discuss? Lastly, the laundry came back neatly folded and smelling amazing in plastic bundles with two thank you cards and a candy treat attached to one bundle. I never leave reviews but definitely had to take the opportunity to leave one for my experience with the Wash and Fold service that they offer here. When I walked in, the place was very clean and I noticed that they offer and reloadable card option, coins and even tap to pay as well as a variety of different sized machines (that actually work)! I was helped out by Maria who was very kind and thorough with explaining how their service works. She made sure to listen to my concerns about using scent free detergent (my kids have sensitive skin). She made this process very easy and stress free. My clothes were nicely folded and washed just how I had requested. I highly recommend coming to this laundromat and using this wonderful service. The dryers don't work. Dried 7 loads of laundry all over 20 minutes and not one item was dry . No the dryers are not over filled . Been doing laundry 20 years literally. One had only 5 pair of jeans and after 15 minutes came out cold ? They were wet. The number is useless. The man on the phone tried to man plane the system.... Half sleep at that . .
