Great selection of meat and produce. The papayas are the best in town! Good place to go for imported Mexican goods!

Stopped in while in omaha today and was sure glad we did…read more This place is huge. Many different countries and food types in stock. We were very impressed. My wife loved it. She was finding the brand, type of item she was looking for almost everytime. We ended up spending more that we planned but that ok. Everything will be eaten/used to make delicious meals. And I have to say the store was clean, organized and stocked very well. The staff was restocking shelves as fast as they could. We were even greated by one of the managers who made sure we had everything we needed. And be sure to hit the drink (boba) stand in back.

I found many different types of food from different asian countries. India, philippines, cambodian, chinese, malaysian, singaporean, vietnam, japanese, korean, even Africa! Live seafood, frozen seafood, meat, dried goods. Everything is available. You name it they have it! I even found me preserved mango- the wet kind and maggi instant noodles from malaysia!!!!! Usually, the maggi noodles i find is from India. The noodles taste different from different origin countries. They even have a small asian deli with cool boba drinks, asian cakes and sandwiches reminescent of japanese and korean bakeries. Service was good!! Just ask around and they will politely direct you to the aisle to find what you need. It spans multiple aisles- twice as big as the one we have in our city. They even have japanese fscial products! An all in one shopping location I'm super glad to have found this. We will be back!!!!!

Lots of flavor and homemade dumplings (including the dough which is the perfect consistency). Decor could be spruced up a bit but you come here for the food not the ambiance. Definitely a hole in the wall worth exploring!

Right across the street from Lisa's Radial Cafe is this tiny grocery store with an even tinier (I…read morethink there was like 6 tables?) restaurant to the right when you enter. I walked up to the little window covered by a curtain at the front and realized I was supposed to ring the bell there to order. A kind looking man peeked out from behind the curtain, which looked like was the kitchen. I ordered the chicken momo ($7.50), a Nepali dumpling filled with chicken, cabbage, onion, garlic, coriander and ginger. As I was waiting, I looked around and there was one other person sitting there having samosas and what looked like a latte. I confirmed with him that it was the milk tea on the menu and when I mentioned how I was thinking about trying it, he went and got another mug and poured me some of his! It was basically the Nepali version of a Chai latte and was very rich, like they used whole milk. My food came out in less than 10 minutes - there were 12 momos and it came with a dipping sauce and a small bowl of soup. The momos were very similar to Chinese jiaozi in both appearance and taste, but what set it apart was the dipping sauce. It wasn't nearly as spicy as I was expecting after reading some other Yelp reviews about it, and actually reminded me of a peanut sauce. My new acquaintance explained that they toned down the spiciness as most people's palates here aren't used to it, and that it contained sesame which explained the nutty taste. I particularly enjoyed the vegetable curry (?) soup, which was also slightly spicy and had potatoes, chickpeas, beans and cilantro. This made for an extremely cheap, hearty lunch with leftovers for less than $10! After you eat, just ring the bell again to ask for your bill. You can leave your plate on the table and head to the register in the grocery section to pay. The food here as well as the friendly encounter I had today (found out he is actually from Nepal and is a regular patron of this place) left a great first impression. They have a limited menu and you might feel awkward trying to figure out how to order, but don't be afraid to give this place a try!
