Pork is so easy to cook and get juicy delicious meat, but these were the driest carnitas I have ever had. Seriously. Bad batch? I only checked "onions" and even added a comment NO cilantro just to make sure it doesn't get missed. I picked up my order and all 11 tacos had cilantro on them. I went back inside to let them know. They took all of the tacos back and told me they would remake the ones that weren't supposed to have cilantro on them. She brought them out and told me it was all fixed. I didn't bother checking a second time to make sure my order was correct. I got home and they shorted me 2 of the no cilantro tacos. Giving 2 stars because the carnitas were good. The prices are comparable to taco trucks I've seen in the area or in Boise and drink prices and the variety offered are reasonable for the area as well. It's the bus parked next to the house on the south side of the American Legion Building, not quite on the corner of 16th Ave South and 2nd St South in Nampa, but almost.
