    Guacamole Mexicano

My family stopped in here while visiting our granddaughter. They were extremely busy so we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated our waitress came to take our order pretty quickly. She was very nice and even helped with some suggestions. The salsa was delicious. I got the pork carnitas. They were on the dry side and in really big chunks. Overall the food wasn't spectacular but it was good. The bathrooms were clean as was the entire restaurant. It wasn't too loud and was decorated tastefully.

    Chimichangas

Wow! I've ALWAYS gotten the same thing since I was a kid 25 years at many different Mexican restaurants chimichangas (beef) and have never had any half as good I'm blown away!! I seriously would like to shake someone's hand. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Where to even begin??? This was pretty underwhelming. Truthfully, I feel like it was a waste of $ and I'd be tempted to one-star this place based on the service and the meal that I ordered alone, but my husband had a fairly decent taco salad (it's taco salad, how hard is it to mess that up, anyway???) and the chips and salsa were okay, so there's that. First, the pros: we were seated immediately and our server dropped off warm chips and some rather zesty salsa before we even ordered. The chips were warm and tasted fine, but they weren't out of this world great, either. The salsa was tasty enough, but I doubt it was made in/house. At least the complimentary chips and salsa came with free refills and they didn't charge for extras. Overall, the food was cheap, but you know the adage, you get what you pay for- well, that was apparent here. Truthfully, we'd have been better off at Taco Bell or Del Taco (more on that later in another review). I'm a vegetarian and usually have no problem finding decent vegetarian-denoted items in any Mexican eatery menu. Well, not here. The menu was huge and there was no designated vegetarian section, no items with an icon denoting vegetarian dish elsewhere, nothing. I looked over the menu numerous times and really couldn't find a single dish not swathed in meat or that actually could be considered vegetarian in any way. I finally found a regular bean burrito and ordered a cheese quesadilla on the side. I was completely disappointed in the menu, but I was hungry and figured how can you mess up a cheese quesadilla and bean burritos? Well, they could mess it up and definitely did just that. My husband ordered a taco salad, while I made it crystal clear to the server that I was a vegetarian and wanted NO MEAT on my dish. He either didn't understand or the chefs didn't give a rip because what came out if the kitchen was an abomination topped off by disgusting-looking meat, the type of which I'm still not sure. My husband's salad was fine, but mine was both gross-looking and definitely not what I had ordered. My dish also didn't even come with rice or anything. Seriously??? I conveyed my displeasure with the order to the waiter, who muttered that everyone eats beef or something like that (sorry, dude, not everyone eats meat and was that actually beef, I couldn't tell because it looked nasty). He took back the burritos and almost immediately he had returned with two bean burritos swimming g in great, cheap cheese and what appeared as tiny remnants of the beef on top in one corner. Yeah, they didn't remake it at all, they scraped the meat off (which appeared unappetizing and definitely not fresh) off the burritos and added more cheese. Nice try. My cheese quesadilla was so pitiful, it looked like some crap my eight year-old niece could make in the microwave in 2 minutes. It was obviously nuked beyond being edible, was cold, dry and blah. I couldn't eat it. Good thing I filled up on chips and salsa and a Modelo beer. After that, our server never came back to the table or anything. He coyly dropped the check while singing happy birthday to the booth behind us. Cute. We were never offered water to begin with, he never inquired if we wanted a second beer, boxes or anything. Another waiter dropped by the table to grab the bill and our credit card and dropped it back off without a word. No manager ever popped over to our table, nobody picked up the dishes, I left 98% of my food uneaten and it wasn't removed from the check. Whatever. Oh, my husband and I noticed that this is the only Mexican restaurant we've ever been in that didn't have any hot sauce on the tables, too. Seriously...what self-respecting Mexican restaurant doesn't have complimentary hot sauce on the table? Odd...

The service and food is amazing here! We are always seated fast and waited on in a timely manner. The waiters and waitresses we get are always kind. My wife usually gets the chimichanga or beefy nachos and I always get the chicken soup. The prices are great too! We usually eat here 3-4 times a month and I can't seem to get anything other than their soup! It's just so delicious! I have tried their other dishes though, which were just as good.

First the salsa served with chips should have a heat warning!! Its pretty warm, so if you like mild salsa you wont like it!! Our dinners were good , portions were good, and the Texas fajitas were good also. Seating and ambiance was good! Service and cleanliness were very good. Would return again if i lived in the area.

I'm very surprised at all of the reviews of this place. I don't think these people even know what carne asada tacos are. Very bland.

Margarita & pollo loco was great. Waitress was clueless about the menu. I think she was new.

Decent food and fair prices. The service is swift, but don't come for the margaritas, for they are pitiful.

That wasn't much better because it's an old house that's been turned into a restaurant, so it had an awful musty smell. I ordered blackened Grouper, but it was not blackened, only grilled, and it tasted like a frozen fillet. My husband ordered prime rib and it was maybe a step above a Waffle House steak. None of it was worth $100 for dinner. It seems like this restaurant is mostly finger foods, comparable to Applebee's or Chili's, that is frozen and microwaved. The server was also very slow, and was absent for long periods of time between our requests and/or checking on us. I do not recommend, and won't be returning.

We were told there was a large group in the restaurant plus they had booked all the outside area for a reunion party and because of this we should expect a long wait for meals. Let's start we asked for lemonade but they had run out. We ordered 2 appetizers which we're good. But the server just dropped a stack of plates on the table and we passed they around mine was dirty, see photos. The server came back but I never got another plate. Ordering.... We asked for a Philly cheese steak but they had run out ok how about their burger but no they were out, ok chicken with baked potato, sorry they were out of potatoes too....... After 20 minutes the food came out but not the whole table at the same time. Four came 2 had to wait. Other items were ok except my chicken livers that on the menu you can have lightly fried or well fried, I asked for lightly got over fried. Drink refills were sparse, we finished and didn't order dessert. For a hometown place that strives to be upscale I wasn't impressed. Our guests here from AZ wanted to have a nice dinner and since we live in Adarisville we chose WTG , we will not be back

We loved being able to sit on the comfortable leather couches, enjoy talented live musicians, and have great cocktails in a true lounge atmosphere. The servers have always been fantastic and continue to do an excellent job. Unfortunately, during our recent visits, Elevate seems to have lost much of the upscale lounge feel that originally made it special. What once felt like a refined escape from the typical bar scene now feels much more like a casual bar environment. Guests were dressed in flip-flops and swimwear, and during our last visit a group brought in takeout food with a very strong odor and set up a card game near the front while the musician was performing. The venue is spacious enough that these activities could have taken place elsewhere without disrupting those there to enjoy the music. We eventually moved tables just to regain a view of the performer. Additionally, due to the crowd volume, the servers -- despite their best efforts -- were unable to keep up with drink service, and we ultimately decided to skip our final round and leave. We truly miss the sophisticated lounge atmosphere Elevate once offered and hope it can return to being a place where guests can enjoy quality music, cocktails, and conversation in a more refined setting.
