They do mention to come prepared as far as hydration but just note that you will have to know where to look for the nearest bathroom should you need it. The Gardener tour ends at the Gardner so, if you don't know where the nearest shop or bar that has bathrooms is... it's gonna have to wait until then. Be prepared to go over time if the tour ends on an investigation (if it's offered). Sometimes, the energy is just alive! Also, don't be afraid to ask questions or for clarification on historical accounts. They are very knowledgeable and honest in their history and in their paranormal experiences. They can only do so much as far as safety. They do wait for the appropriate times to cross streets but they remind you to be diligent in your own safety. There is traffic and not everyone yields to pedestrians. Be aware of street signs and cars. They also give heads up on sketchy pedestrians and such. But, again, you need to do your part and make sure you are alert when you spot anything odd. Call it out if you see something that others didn't. We all want to enjoy the tour as peacefully as possible. My personal experience went well! I hope with this info, others can enjoy themselves without any surprises. I had overheard others in my tour about not knowing they'd have to walk a lot or how thirsty they were and where bathrooms are but, I was annoyed if they even read the posts they gave. They do give a heads up. If anything, they (EPGT) should keep reiterating just to make sure it gets across and sticks better for people. Our spot we rented had a pole teather that went right through the middle of our parking area, so we could park but not use our awning. Laundry room is clean and pretty cheap. $2.00 for washer $1.50 for dryer. There is only 4 of each though. They also have a rec room with a pool table and bookcase, tv and couches. Dog park is sand, but they do provide lots of doggie bags and cans. They are pretty strict on the no fences for dogs and 6foot leash at all times. Our site was backed up to the main road and it's super busy, cop cars speeding by with lights and sirens on, ambulances, ATV and side by sides speeding and loud music. Super loud road, we tried to get a spot in the back but unfortunately we were put on a waiting list which was long, since people stay there for years. The worst part of the entire stay is the dairy farm being less than half a mile from the rv park, the wind changes and it smells like the cows are inside your camper, the amount of files were disgusting. Never ending flies that would swarm you if you sit outside, and your dogs. Overall this is a okay park if you are okay with smelling cows at random times and files all the time. But there is hardly any availability, for people to stay one or two nights, they only have a couple open. The workers do patrol on golf florets all the time and even drive through the rear of sites.

Fast Spot was very easy to register with online and when we arrived an employee was there to help us. He helped load our bags onto the shuttle and quickly had us at the airport. On our return we were delayed several times and did not get in until the early hours of the morning. We texted after getting our luggage and waited maybe fifteen minutes. Again, the employee was kind in helping us get our bags and our car was already pulled around to the front knowing we were to fly in that night. No wait when we entered Fast Spot for our car and/or a long walk. I'd recommend Fast Spot to anyone looking for affordable parking...more affordable than long term at the airport!

My husband and I stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel while we were in El Paso, and it was a lovely…read morestay. We had stopped here before on a previous visit and so were looking forward to returning. Our room was really spacious (a studio suite with two full beds) and had all the accoutrements (including a fully equipped kitchen), with a wide bar and seating to separate the kitchen and living areas. The furniture was new and attractive, and the beds were comfortable. (Note: if you're used to sleeping in a queen-size bed as a couple, you may prefer each occupying a full-size bed, as they are definitely smaller.) Everything was clean and neat and very welcoming. The cost of our room was very reasonable, even including the pet fee for our cat. Every single person on staff was extremely friendly, especially Sal in the breakfast area (5-star service!). The free hot breakfast every morning was delicious and a great way to start our day. We do wish the breakfast area could institute sustainable practices in the form of reusable cups, dishes and silverware. Every room has a recycling container as well as a trash can under the sink, so the management is aware of sustainability needs. The layout of the buildings is peaceful and calming, and reminiscent of a small apartment complex. The landscaping is xeriscape and attractive. Despite its location (right off Montana and Airway), the area is very quiet and safe. We did encounter a few small issues: a loose outlet at the bar; low water pressure and a faulty diverter in the shower; lack of handy information about the property (e.g., location of the gym, line-up of TV stations); occasional difficulty reaching the front desk by phone; and no lighting at the desk where one might choose to work. But these were just small issues and certainly did not pose any problems. Again, we had a delightful stay at the Chase Suite Hotel, and we look forward to another visit the next time we are in El Paso!
