Laundry room is clean and pretty cheap. $2.00 for washer $1.50 for dryer. There is only 4 of each though. They also have a rec room with a pool table and bookcase, tv and couches. Dog park is sand, but they do provide lots of doggie bags and cans. They are pretty strict on the no fences for dogs and 6foot leash at all times. Our site was backed up to the main road and it's super busy, cop cars speeding by with lights and sirens on, ambulances, ATV and side by sides speeding and loud music. Super loud road, we tried to get a spot in the back but unfortunately we were put on a waiting list which was long, since people stay there for years. The worst part of the entire stay is the dairy farm being less than half a mile from the rv park, the wind changes and it smells like the cows are inside your camper, the amount of files were disgusting. Never ending flies that would swarm you if you sit outside, and your dogs. Overall this is a okay park if you are okay with smelling cows at random times and files all the time. But there is hardly any availability, for people to stay one or two nights, they only have a couple open. The workers do patrol on golf florets all the time and even drive through the rear of sites.

Called a few places in Truth or Consequences without any help or luck. Asked Siri for other locations near me and Arrey came up. I wrongly made an assumption of what I was going to encounter (One in TorC was like the Twilight Zone). To my very pleasant suprise the rate was more than reasonable and as an added bonus, everything at the dump site worked perfectly and was clean. Many sites across the west have no functioning water hose, broken handles on the water valve or located at inconvenient spots in the park. I was there less than 10 minutes. One mile from I-25. Lance was a super friendly attendant.

We saw this when we got off the freeway. I called. They were super nice, went and checked out the harvest house spot and said nope! Thank goodness we did. Clean SUPER Super Clean restroom Pool Grounds. Quiet and peaceful. Only downfall was your stickers were almost 7 dollars but that's OK. Everything else was 100% perfect.

A fair rate was charged to my card at the gate For 10 bucks more they threw in a nice little pile of pecan wood and a metal fire-pit. I'm sitting by my self of listening to the happy families camping and fishing here. The vibe here is magic, to me. The history and family backstory are both interesting as well. .
