I love the staff here they are very friendly and accommodating. I had an order for 5 at 7:46 and they close at 8 but were able to have my food ready by 8:01! (Sorry! I left a tip for the hassle) The food is amazing and priced very good for the portions! and the restaurant has a beautiful homey ambience with beautiful artwork of aztec folk lore which was so cool!

Ok, so let me start off by saying that they absolutely deserve a 5 start review. Hands down. The very first time I went there we were greeted nicely and attended very quickly. The young woman working the front is sooo nice to anyone that comes in. I now come here at least once if not twice a week. The Mexican food is AUTHENTIC as it comes!!! I'm never unhappy with whatever dish we pick that day. I highly recommend anyone try their nachos and their tacos. I've ordered from here enough times to tell you that they truly put effort into their food and making sure you are satisfied. Fairly priced as well for the PORTION you get. I've only had one other thing from their menu than my usual orders, and that was the oxtail with rice and beans and hands down some of the best oxtail I've ever had. Truly feels like your eating homemade food. I hope they continue to grow in the community. It's the only Mexican place anywhere near the area!

Patron burger, 2 huge patties with bacon and pepper jack cheese. Cooked to order. Amazing and yoooge. Only $8.50.

On a Saturday evening there was quite a long wait for the patio but the 3 picnic tables outside were free and clear...perfect! Delicious food Great cocktails Kindest staff that brought water out for our pup All good things. We got the apple guac to start and loved that it was like a sweeter, chuckier guacamole. It was served with plantain chips and great for a hotter night app. For my main, I got the Grain Bowl. So good, so filling and I had plenty left over for lunch the next day. It had quinoa, tofu, chickpeas, yams, and a green goddess dressing. This will officially be added to the rotation of lunch/dinner spot. Cannot wait to come back.

The sides were Caesar salad and fries. It was delicious, the server was quick and attentive making sure we were happy with our meal. The Ricotta Gnocchi came after about 15 minutes and was deliciously creamy, and cooked perfectly where it was both tender and provided a chewy texture which we found enjoyable. The portion was on the smaller side which we were informed by our server. It also looked very pretty as well! The duck breast and the faroe island salmon both came after another 20 minutes, which took quite a while since they weren't really that busy at the time. The duck breast was tender with a crispy skin that was paired deliciously with its cherry jus, so I highly recommend getting that! However, the salmon was overcooked and quite bland compared to the other two, which was quite disappointing and left us feeling hungry despite spending over 100 for 3 dishes. Although we enjoyed some of their selections, the high price tag did not really justify both the ricotta gnocchi appetizer-like portion, and the underwhelming and bland faroe island salmon. The Roxy has potential of being amazing, so I hope they take into consideration this review to continue to improve and change up their menu. Their menu is ever evolving, so they're definitely worth a visit if their updated menu appeals to you! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

On the day of the event (6/7/2026) the decorators arrived at 5pm (the agreed upon time) there were two tables that had not been cleaned (beer bottles and dirty plates and utensils). We had to go look for someone to clean the tables. It took about 20 minutes for them to come out to clean them, therefore, the decorators had to work around them. The area where the food was setup buffet style had a ceiling leak where water was dropping continuously from the ceiling directly in front of the tables where the food was. They had a white and yellow pallet on the floor catching the water. Not only did it look bad but very unsanitary. I contacted Victor the following day to voice my displeasure and suggested the he give us a discount on what we had paid. He said that he had to speak to his boss about the situation and would get back in touch with me the following day. He did not call me. I contacted him the following day. He was not in, but I spoke to someone else. He kept making excuses about the air conditioner, but never apologized. Said he would call me back. I contacted Victor two days later. He wanted to know what he could do to make things right. I told him that we got no apology. He finally apologized. I also told him about a discount or partial refund of $200. He said that I would hear from him by 6/12/26 because he wanted to make it right with me. Said that he would put the money back on my card. To date, I have not heard from him and have not received anything from them. I will never use them again and will let others know about my experience. Obviously, the Chandelier does not care about pleasing its customers.

All the guests loved the food and had seconds. A lot of ppl also took food to go. I'm glad they provide tin foil pans for guests to take food because at venues like that they usually don't do that and the food gets thrown away.. shout out to Nora the bar tender who kept up with the high volume of people ordering drinks at the bar.

He's the main bartender and he has a terrible attitude. I came in here for about four or five Fridays in a row because my job is right down the block. The buffet is pretty good sometimes. It really is Hit or Miss. The buffet was fantastic some days, but then other days the buffet had barely any food that was good. The buffet is all you can eat and it's $20 if you don't get steak. If you want steak with your buffet, it's 25 and the steak is unlimited. I only got the steak once and it was kind of dry. The food was good but what really turned me off was the service. The man behind the bar has such a bad attitude and we came in here five Fridays in a row and he never really greeted us. He would kind of grunt and throw menus right in front of where we were sitting .I could tell by the way he served us and looked at us that he didn't like me and my partner. Even on our receipt he would write Americans on it. I guess because we weren't Portuguese he didn't respect us. We would leave good tips every time and try to talk to the waitresses and him even using Google translate to try and have a conversation. He just had the most terrible attitude I've ever experienced at a restaurant. We would come in here Friday at around 12:00 and it would be dead. Probably because everybody knows this place sucks. Last Friday when we arrived there was a carpenter cutting into the walls making a terrible loud noise. I even had to tell him hey it's lunch time. You should be doing this work in the morning. I really wanted to leave but we were there to eat and I didn't want to look for another place. I ordered picana which is a typical Portuguese steak. It came super dry and very thin. The only great dish I've ever had here was there their yucca soup. That was terrific. My partner raved about their garlic shrimp. I would not return, especially since we found a place called Sol-mar right around the corner. Better food and way better service. I think the Bartender needs to learn how to serve Americans and not just Portuguese people. I would never return to this restaurant.

Also check your bill prior to signing...the automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill without out asking OR informing. Horrible and deceptive ...seems to prey on those not paying attention to their bill. ONLY good thing was the food. Good portions but not great. I have had better food and same prices in Ironbound and I will not be back to this establishment
