Pretty solid grub here . Our waiter was cool and attentive , we came in a Saturday night right at 5pm dinner time. Was seated quickly , queso deli was average but arrived quickly , now the monster margaritas were quite large . They had a special for 12.99 which was impressive in my opinion , I ordered 3 steak tacos on corn , cilantro and onion of course , was bummed to see that they charge you for lime....... I found that odd. It was only .90 cents but it's the fact of the matter lol. Steak tacos were legit though , wife's shrimp chimichangas were bangin! This was the 2nd time I was here and the food and service was AMAZING!! I got a huge margarita on special for $9.99!! For a long time I didn't even realize the restaurant was there because it's set back but what a treasure it is. food is a little less than ok. if you stick to rice and cheese you are ok here. Drinks are good but very expensive. meat is always overcooked no matter what you get: shrimp, steak, chicken, pork... I've had most things on the menu because my wife loves the margaritas. Beer is yummy. Also they don't let the waitresses keep their tips. Something not right there. read more

For some reason, Yelp took down my opinion. ?? I never said anything bad about the place, I just wasn't impressed with there red sauce. I guess someone was offended. But you know what? I still think I live in America !! you be the judge! My first time to try the Wilmington location, I'm not a fan! Had the Enchiladas and the steak was dry, chicken is okay. Great food!! And a lot of it! NOT overpriced. We had a great waitress, we ordered the El Com El for 2 and took home 3 take home containers (yah there's a lot of food for 2 people). Well worth $30. There's something for everyone in this dish, steak, chicken, pork, shrimp, chorizo and sautéed peppers, onions and tomatoes it came on a big hot platter. And I know when we have a good waitress when they can keep my husbands soda full, and I don't have to flag one down. We will go back. read more
