Al devolverlos, esperando una solución adecuada, la respuesta fue aún más preocupante. Cuando regresaron el plato, pregunté directamente qué habían hecho, y me indicaron que los pinchos fueron "lavados" para quitarles la salsa y luego re-cocinados. Esto, honestamente, es inaceptable. Primero, porque la salsa ya se impregna en la comida --no es algo que simplemente se "lava" y desaparece. Segundo, porque demuestra una falta total de consideración hacia una restricción alimentaria que se explicó claramente desde el principio. Y tercero, porque servir comida que ha sido manipulada de esa manera levanta serias dudas sobre los estándares de higiene y ética en la cocina. Además, el resultado fue evidente: los pinchos regresaron sobrecocinados, secos y de mala calidad.
