Great place in Rincon right in the center of town. Good beers and food selection, stop in for a cold one and a bite to eat

We had a great last supper here, with our cuzzie. It was her last night on the island (we were staying for another few days). We were lucky enough to connect with her during our trip, since we ended on the same part of the island, at the same time. We found parking right down the block. The area is very busy, so parking is at a premium. Our cousin and her friend arrived before us and put names in for a table. We did not have to wait long, once we arrived. The staff was very kind to give us a huge table but since we were only five, we gave the table to another family that had more people, and took a smaller table by the front entrance. It's open air dining which makes for great people-watching. Our server was so nice. I forget his name, but he was telling us about RBC becoming a source of supplies, food and water, for so many, after hurricane Maria. Their menu contains nods to historical events, both good and bad. On the menu, is a bit about their cocktail menu, explaining that is represents the real history of Puerto Rico, a culmination of stories, people, and events that attributed to the growth, endurance, and resilience, of Puerto Rico. Love this. Many of their cocktails are named to highlight culturally significant events, be it about victims of a natural disaster, or celebrities to be celebrated. I stuck to their beer. They have some choice brews so every palate. The food is what you would expect at a brewery. We stuck with burgers, but our cuzzie had the ceviche and loved it. The pork sliders were really good and my kiddo enjoyed her kids burger. I had a plain burger, which was ok, and hubby had the classic with bacon. Cuzzie's friend had the boricua burger, with sweet plantains and swiss. I didn't like my burger patty that much because it tasted very dry and generic but I'm sure that was a one off. They're pretty busy and everyone enjoyed their food. I will definitely come back to visit. We love Rincón, so this is a no brainer.

Stopped by for quick beer and was impressed with the food and the beer offerings. It's has a very laid back atmosphere with open seating , bar seating and outside seating as well. Service is a little slow but people in PR are never in a rush.

Small but a good spot to drink at. Right in the main circle of downtown Rincon. Great strip to go shopping and eat out too. You can buy beer to take home too.

Review just for the food :) - mac and cheese with pulled pork: I had the mac and cheese last year and it was so good with a slight mustard tang (mustard not overwhelming tho) but this time it wasn't as great. There wasn't enough sauce for the pasta :( maybe it was just this batch but hope it will be better in the future. - mushroom soup: unexpectedly delicious! unique mushroom soup that wasn't too watery but also not too heavy. highly recommend! Service was on the slower end but it was busy so it's understandable. Ambiance was nice with its open air setup allowing plenty of natural lighting. However, music inside can be too loud for long conversations.

Food (5/5 stars): Rincón Beer Company is an amazing brewery nestled in the cute beach town of Rincón. In addition to a great selection of beer, they have really delicious food. I fell in love with their Fish Tacos. The fish was so fresh and fried to perfection. Highly, highly recommend for beer, food, or both! Experience (5/5 stars): * Price: reasonable * Wait Time: minimal on a Friday night * Service: very good and friendly! * Parking: street parking can be tough in Rincon * Ambiance: it's a nicely decorated brewery with indoor and outdoor seating

    This one had chai tea.

Co.lectivo: It's a little pizza/cocktail bar next to the brew pub with the same ownership. We had a drink here. They have a nice little drink menu as well as a full bar. Our drinks were delicious. However, the glass was all ice and very little cocktail, maybe 4 sips, very small for what we paid. They also have a pizza oven and the pizza smelled great, but we already had other plans.

This was such a gem of a place! I got the fish tacos and they were so delicious! The beer was also so good. It was a great bar to get good food and drinks. The service was also good and the waitress was so nice and friendly. Small bar but such a good place

Best mule i ever have, maybe cause it was in Puerto Rico!

Just ok, the ceviche was not very flavorful. The mayo tasted old. The beer was good, but the food was not so great.

I believe they opened their doors in early 2020. They have an outdoor patio in the back, as well as a single table on the front porch. So far they have released three beers, a lager, a blonde ale, and a hazy IPA. Unfortunately, when we visited they only had the lager available. It was good, don't get me wrong. I just would have liked to sample all of them. They had several guest brews on tap and in cans. One of the was Sanamuerto, an IPA from a brand new brewery in Orocovis called Cacique Brewing Co. they don't have a taproom so the only place to try their beer is on tap a certain spots. It was very good. Glad I got to try it here. All in all, this was a cool stop in our day trip to Ponce. I will visit again next time I am in the area. There is street parking available and a lot across the street. We arrived at 4p and it was closed but when we left it was open. So I would assume they only open in the evenings. Check their IG page for up to date info and their website for their beer and food menu. They also have cocktails in case you are mad and don't want or like beer.

During the pandemic they hosted movie nights where you'd watch the movies from your car. They have a mug club called Club Foker. I like that you get to pass by the brewing tanks as you make your way to the back. The front is indoor seating. One of the walls has all the mugs from the Club Foker. Another wall has a huge map of the world. You can all the host for a pin to mark where your from. It's cool to see what parts of the island and other countries have come here. In the back there is a permanent food truck. The food is good and complements the beer nicely. I really liked the chicken wings, which are huge (the whole wing). Of course the beer is good. To be honest the beer is t my favorite of the local breweries, but it is good. I really like the Red Ale, their flagship beer, as well as the Vaquera (wheat) which I tried on my last visit. I've been here during the day and the night. Both are nice, just depends on what your looking for. During the day is more low key. You can chill and focus more on the beer, getting flights and tasting. At night it was more of a party with the music and all. Either way, fun place and worth visiting.

Love-Love-Love this place!…read more I was geeked to go here because for one I was on vacation on a beautiful island with my beautiful woman and two they were right down the street from where we were staying. Upon entering you are welcomed by a set of stairs that lead you to an open floor plan that is decorated simple yet somewhat of a beach theme. There wasn't any employees anywhere to be seen except the patrons enjoying themselves so we were somewhat confused on what to do so we walked over to the register and were greeted by a gentleman from the back. He said we could sit anywhere we'd like and he'd come and explain how things work. He explained to us that they use a wristband and the taps have a sensor and we scan our wristband and it measures how much we get each time and we are billed by the ounces we pour; what a great concept. We enjoyed many of their beers, each one just as great as the last. My personal favorite was the peanut butter porter, delish! The ordering for the food is by QR code which I hate, but it is what it is. I feel like if you're paying for food and giving a tip you should at least bare minimum have someone taking your order and tending to your needs. We ordered: Fish tacos 5/5 Croquettes 5/5 The one employee who was working was kind and courteous and great, so we left him a nice tip on our beer and food, which were separate bills. We will see you again the next time we are on the island. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks again :)

I also had the chicken alcapurria, it was good. The dressing served with it made it even better. Great service! They need to add a happy hour menu or some daily specials to get more patrons.
