We had to ask another server to help us a couple times as our server had not checked on us... And for years I have typically stuck with the chicken quesadilla or a bowl of bean soup. However, I recently tried the mini tacos and that completely changed my experience! The mini tacos come six to an order, and the meat was cooked perfectly: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. They're served on a single corn tortilla (many places use two), so they did fall apart a bit and I had to eat with a fork but honestly, with added lime, onion and cilantro, they were so delicious that I didn't mind. The charro beans are a great accompaniment with really nice flavor and this plate DOES NOT come with rice. I do however like the white style rice that comes with the quesadilla. I know many people rave about the refried beans. While they are tasty, they're a bit too greasy for my personal preference. Service is decent overall. The waitstaff often seems very busy and possibly understaffed, but they are still pleasant and kind. If you're not sure what to order, I definitely recommend giving the mini tacos a try.
