A good amount of beef on a well toasted bread and the coleslaw was the perfect balance to the poboy. The overall portion was quite big for me to finish. The food came out pretty fast although I was the first one in line. The guy who took my order and also made the food was friendly. Overall, a quick and easy lunch. Despite being decently busy with a steady line of people ordering, we got the Brazilian Limeade immediately and the Gaucho Fries within five minutes of ordering. I don't remember the cost exactly but I remember thinking it was fair, especially considering how outrageous event pricing can get on refreshments. The Brazilian Limeade was perfect. The weather was cool but it could get a little warm in the sun, making the limeade very refreshing. It was very mellow, not too sweet, and not too tart. The Gaucho Fries were exactly what we wanted, some very tasty loaded fries with a Brazilian twist. All in all, if you are hungry and happen to stumble across this food truck, definitely check it out!
