I remember this place back in the 90s and it's still amazing! When I was little my mom would always get the two whole pollo deals and that would feed all five of us as kids. Nevertheless oh, there is a young lady behind the counter who is efficiently chopping chicken. I ordered from this young lady has an elderly gentleman is preparing chicken on the other side of the kitchen. Good chicken. Delicious, as a matter of fact. The service is interesting. I speak Spanish, but did not, as I was greeted in English. Another patron came in after me, and "looked" like she spoke Spanish, so waa greeted as such. Really good chicken! The rice, beans and potato salad are all similar to Juan Pollo as many are. The prices on the online menu are way outdated! Expect to pay more! Went in the place and started to order a family dinner but the woman that was taking my order refused to turn down the radio and I mention that i couldn't hear her because it was to loud as I walked in there was a woman trying to order and she had a problem because of the same issue the radio was too loud where is the woman was ordering I asked the radio could be turned down so she could hear us but the woman taking the order along with the man and the other woman behind the counter did nothing about it so I started to put in my order and thought about it and if they couldn't hear me it would probably get my order wrong so I asked for my credit card and cancel my order and left this place because if they are unwilling there to please the customer this is not a place for me to spend my money This is the second time I've gone in this place and probably will be the last time because they are rude I am very own experience in the food industry I also got a B rating because the place doesn't seem to be clean read more

Self proclaimed home of "The Golden Rotisserie Chicken"! First, don't be put off by the graffiti on the outside of the building and the fact that every single store in this little strip mall has security window bars not only on the inside, but the outside is well. (Okay, you should be a little put off) I went during lunch today and felt reasonably safe. Honestly, I would never go here after dark given those clues. My Mantra: As long as I don't see "187" (the penal code number for murder, in case you were wondering) spray painted on the side of a building, I'll go in. Probably. Anyways, the most striking thing about this restaurant is the fact that it is almost a spot-on clone of the Juan Pollo chain, from the menu, to the combos, to the side orders. (Whoever is in charge apparently didn't think it was important to find a way to distinguish themselves from the competition.) The chicken was very good, and although they were close, I still think the sides of rice and potato salads are better at Juan Pollo. Hell, if you didn't see the sign on the way in, you would think you actually inside of a Juan Pollo, seriously. I guess the bottom line is, it's fast food, the place has tables in case you actually want to eat there, and it has an "A" rating. Like the Juan Pollo chain, aesthetics are kept to a minimum. This place has amazing chicken better than any rotisserie chicken in a 20 mile radius. The only issue is they don't have vegetable choices everything is carbs with beans rice potato salad and tortillas. They should at least at minimum have green salad just some type of vegetable to make the meal more healthy. But that is not a big deal at all I go here all the time. My only issue is the man that's cutting up your chicken never wears a mask and always chewing gum and talking to the nice woman at the counter while he's cutting up your chicken. I'm afraid particles could be coming out of his mouth while he's talking over your food especially with covid-19 now he should wear a mask when handling food. It is is awfully hot as well makes me wonder if the food is at a safe temperature. Like many have mentioned this place is a baby version of Juan Pollo very good chicken and sides literally the same, but their prices are a little cheaper so if you want to save a little I'd recommend this spot and the owner are pretty nice so service is good. Although I do prefer to take my meal home I have dined in, and it was a little stuffy inside so I asked if maybe I could crack their door to let some fresh air in and owner told me yes or I can go ahead turn on a/c so that was nice that they went out of their way to make us feel more comfortable so we could enjoy our meal. Every single time I've gone, they say they're out of large containers but two smalls are the same size. It definitely is not. One time I could believe, but every time? They know what they're doing. This is the best place to go if you want great tasting fresh chicken at great prices. I tryed this place out about two years ago an have been going back ever since. The chicken is 2nd to none, also I love the beans salsa an tortillas.
